This market is an absolute hidden gem! Tucked away in a small community in New Mexico, you would never expect to find a place with such high-quality food, incredible selection, and warm hospitality all in one.
We stopped in about 30 minutes before closing and ordered food to go—but from the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The space is beautiful—clean, inviting, and thoughtfully laid out. The grocery selection is surprisingly extensive, with specialty items you don’t usually find in small-town markets.
We ordered the queso fundido, a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with green chile, and truffle fries. Every bite was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with love. The food alone is reason enough to visit.
What made the experience even more memorable was meeting the chef. He personally came over, struck up a conversation, and immediately made us feel like longtime friends. We talked about our mutual love for food and smoking meats, and he even gave us a tour of the kitchen, proudly showing us his custom smoker. We also met his son, who was cooking our meal—it’s truly a family-run place with heart.
The chef even mentioned he’d be happy to order any specialty item we couldn’t find. That level of service and passion is rare.
This place is something special. We left feeling nourished, inspired, and excited to come back. Whether you’re local or just passing through, don’t miss this hidden gem—it’s worth the stop.

We had such a great meal here. Each one of us got something different pasta, mushroom sandwich and sliders. Everything was absolutely delicious and we were so glad we made the choice to eat here. They also sell Starbucks drinks and they were made perfect as well.
This is a new destination for lunch from here on out very worth the drive for the vibe and flavor.
Dietary restrictions: I'm mainly vegan, husband meat eater we both felt so satisfied with the choices.
Parking: They have covered parking with solar panels !

I have been dinner here at least every other week. The food is good, but the time waiting isn't. This evening, when we went there after the time "suggestion", I ask them what was the reason for the delay. Instead of being professional about it, the person I'm assuming is a manager, gave attitude. Ranting about if I was looking for a free meal. I declined and asked for a better option timing so my wife and I can just order our meal online so we can just grab and go. So the person steps up to me and keeps cutting off my responses. Id recommend the food.... Not the people.
