While I waited for our order, I saw the cook put the burgers out and the girl put them on our tray, and then he worked on several orders of fries before our fries were added to the tray… when we tried the burgers they were cold, I took mine to the counter and asked if she could warm it up but the girl took it into the kitchen and when she brought it back and gave it to me it wasn’t reheated… I took it and was never so disappointed in my life… we have been regular customers here for years but, since the new owners took over things have certainly gone downhill. Very Disappointed!

A classic nostalgic burger joint with a great root beer 🍺. The grilled onions make a big difference in the burger taste. 🍔. Fries is also very well prepared and served in tiny metal baskets. This location is particularly convenient next to highway.

Went to A&W yesterday and I was discussed. I took my food out and when I got home it wasn’t what I ordered, I was very upset and I will never go back there again. They should have people that can understand English.

Over priced burgers ,once upon a time A n W has the best onion rings n now the batter is thin and hardly any seasoning.A double Teen burger n bottle water over 15 $ .never to return

Went here so many times before never had a problem. Today I found a hair in my burger, they did nothing about it. One of the workers offered me a refund I agreed. Then another lady told me that I wasn't aloud a refund only another burger. So I agreed, waited 20 minutes still no burger so I left. Not coming back.
It was ok. The people were nice. I wanted the bacon and egg with a small coffee for $4.99 i seen the ad on the til. But they didnt honor the deal. They charged me 4.90 for the bacon and egg and $1 for the coffee. Be warn they dont honor the deals on the register.
