Went here so many times before never had a problem. Today I found a hair in my burger, they did nothing about it. One of the workers offered me a refund I agreed. Then another lady told me that I wasn't aloud a refund only another burger. So I agreed, waited 20 minutes still no burger so I left. Not coming back.

It was ok. The people were nice. I wanted the bacon and egg with a small coffee for $4.99 i seen the ad on the til. But they didnt honor the deal. They charged me 4.90 for the bacon and egg and $1 for the coffee. Be warn they dont honor the deals on the register.

Worst service ever get in any fast food restaurant. We make a small stop here for brunch and got worst services ever. The employe who took order was very rude. Won’t recommend anyone to come here

First time having A&W in Canada. Loved learning that food is sourced locally. Burgers and root beer were delicious. The onion rings could have been cooked a little longer, but overall, we'd go back.
Worst breakfast I’ve had in a long time . 1.First in the drive thru and last to be served when everyone had the same orders.2. Food was cold and the toast wasn’t toasted. 3. Found a hair in the middle of my eggs .16.00 and change to go in the compost.

The stars are only because of the one English speaking girl there who first took my order. She was very sweet and soft spoken. 5 others stood together, in a little group, speaking neither English or French. How very rude for that one young girl who did not speak/understand whatever they were saying. They were loud and laughing . The English speaking girl was the only one, cleaning tables and trays. I ordered and the English girl said to have a seat and they would bring my order. However is was one of the others who came. She walked over to the table, literally dropped the tray, and just turned around and walked away. Not a howdy-do or even a smile. The fries were cold and the burger was luke warm. Pretty darn bad when it was supposed to have come from the kitchen straight to the table. How unfortunate the A&W name is associated with simple ignorance. Never again at the Amherst, Nova Scotia location.
