Wonder if anyone is committed to customer service inside the restaurant not including the drive through. Was over 5 minutes calling in a loud voice 'is anyone working here'? When someone showed up they said 'oh I didn't know'. My question is Why.

I order through doordash quite often, and my food often comes missing components, over/under cooked or just generally poorly put together. if you don't know how to put a burger or a wrap together with prep charts in front of your face and so it stays together and not spilled throughout the bag, or not know how to put a cup of queso cheese in a microwave to warm it up, you need a new job. also, figure out how to actually give your dasher all of the items ordered. i had an order missing 2 drinks and a blizzard once. i worked at DQ for 5 years. it's not difficult. get your act together.

Ordered off of uber eats. I didn’t receive my drink, even though I got a straw?? They said they would call my dasher since they had supposedly given it to him. I’ve been waiting for the last 2 hours to receive my food, still no drink in hand, and uber hasn’t even responded. Dont use uber eats here. Just go in person it’s not worth it

Just ordered a combo via Ubereats and the burger isn’t edible. One giant white tomato which is strange cuz I’m sure some migrant vegetarian made it. I might go there and make em eat it.

Would be a better establishment if the young blonde at the drive thru refrained from rolling her eyes when requesting a lid for a blizzard.
