I had the Poseiden Adventure, an entre which included bacon-wrapped scallops, skewered roasted shrimps, battered fish (forget what kind, but it came with plenty of good tartar sauce), a variety of steamed veggies, a side (mashed potatoes for me) and a bowl of seafood chowder. It was really good. Cost was about thirty bucks, beers not included. Super value and super service. Our party of 11 made a reservation and had a fine family meal together. Bathrooms were private, spacious, and clean, a pleasant surprise for an establishment billing itself as a pub. Other clientele seemed to be enjoying themselves and the atmosphere was jovial.

Excellent dining experience here. They handled our party of 11 very well. The food was very tasty and good value. The service was excellent and there were no mix ups with the food orders at all. Nice atmosphere and the manager was a really great. I would recommend this place without hesitation. We did make a reservation prior to arriving and it was great.

Had family visiting and decided to go out for supper on their last night here. The day previous we had gone to another restaurant to which we unfortunately had a bad experience so we didn’t have high expectations.
I called Duncan’s in advance to ensure they had room and to ask if they were accessible, the young woman who answered was polite and offered to reserve a table near the door when I explained my grandmother was not mobile and in a chair. We arrived to a table with a spot for my grandmother set up for us right next to the door. We were seated and given drinks immediately. We constantly had someone checking on us despite them having other customers dining and at the bar. The young waitress was kind and exchanged a few friendly jokes. She also apologized about the wait time and explained they were training a new cook. We never would’ve guessed, the food was delicious. This was exactly the experience we needed to end the trip. We will be back and thank you girls for being so friendly welcoming !

We are a family of four. We ordered the seafood chowder, scallops wrapped in bacon, beef hamburger and fish & chips. All the plates were wonderfully well executed. Perfect portions. Very good atmosphere, kids friendly.

Enjoyed this pub. Had a nice meal and enjoyed the atmosphere. Big comfy chairs and interesting art on the walls. Staff was very friendly. Husband had the special of the day marinara sauce and chicken parm. He really enjoyed the flavor. I had fish cakes and they were very good. Nice that tables are close enough where we talked with some local folks who told us about places to see. We had a nice time. Bar looked inviting as well. Parking in the back is very nice as well
