Stopped in while traveling for a bite to eat. Glad we did. The food was fantastic. Both our meals were very good.
Will definitely stop in again if in the area.

Frank and Gino's is so yummy!! You get so much food for the price. The serving sizes are fantastic and I love that you get salad and bread just like East Side Mario's only so much better!!!

I had my grandparents visiting for the weekend and we decided to try Franks and Gino’s as I had only ever ordered take out for myself but I loved the atmosphere and ambiance of the place, there’s old photographs and pieces of history.
When we arrived it wasn’t overly busy and we were greeted by a young man who sat right away. Unfortunately he did end up sitting us in a spot that was not ideal for my grandmother (not mobile and in a wheelchair) we were sat next to a vent that was pumping out AC. I took my sweater off and gave it to my grandmother. We still have yet to be greeted.
We had Sheila as a server and I don’t know if she was having a bad night or what but we felt she was absent from the table. My grandfather is hard of hearing and she would be asking questions as she’s still walking away.. my grandfather ordered the lasagna which came runny and more of a soup. It was so hot he could barely eat it. My grandmother ordered onion rings which came cold. She didn’t eat them. I had the pasta which was delicious. The pizza was meh and expensive.
Won’t be back after this experience.
Luckily visited a pub and have a lovely experience the following evening.
Suggestion : check out the downtown pubs for a good friendly service & meal

Food was great, I love the fact on how you can like choose your own pasta sauce and kind and you can even bake them with cheese. Onion rings and fries were great as well. Best thing about the place is it takes you back at 90s and 80s with the ambience

Worst place I've ever been to. 10 minutes to get seated. They told us they had to clean some tables. We were seated in an area that was full of clean unused tables, that look as though they weren't used at all today. It took 15 minutes for the server to take our order. We waited another 45 minutes to receive our appetizers. It was at that point we asked how long till we got our main course. They hadn't ever started that yet. We decided to cancel our meal and were then rushed out, when the server returned with the bill as we were about 3/4 of the way through the appetizers.
Avoid at all costs.
Slow service, unfriendly staff, sub-par food.
I will not be going back.
