Its Greco Pizza and Capt Submarine. I've tried both. The Greco is as a Greco should be, the Capt. Submarine disappointed me. I wanted a Philly Cheese Steak it was just a normal steak sub like Subway but the Bun was toasted way too long and I'd rather have ate at Subway. Plus Subway has a wider variety of bun types.

Would leave a 0 if possible on food and here is why.... consistency.... stopped by on the way downhome and it was great stopped in today and it was pure garbage. COLD DRY BREAD DONAIRS X 2 my kids couldn't even stomach them was 20km away on the highway or would have returned.... lost this customer.

The place was slammed when I arrived. Told me 30 minutes for pick up. That turned into an hour. The order was then short the garlic bread had to wait even longer for that. Disappointing first visit. Trust they'll get better as time goes on. Will cut them some slack.

worst place ever , i ordered pizzas last week along with my friends they got there order on time which eventually was completely raw and exactly opposite to the order which we actually placed, for my order the front counter attendant took 1 hour to realize that they never made my order i went after 30 minutes to get my order she was soo rude to tell me my job is to place order you will get your order once it is made and it’s not my responsibility so i waited another 30 minutes for her to reply rudely again that she doesn’t know where the order is and she was rude with my friends too i mean it was the worst service ever i waited over an hour just to come back home with no order and treated soo badly and for my friends there order was completely raw and not according to the things we order , the store wasn’t busy and they had around 8 staff members still couldn’t make my order over an hour timespan

I ordered online, my bad. They missed some of the order, my bad again for not double checking. I thought it was an honest mistake when they forgot to give me the pop, but when I got home I found they also forgot to give me my donair. 2 can dine meal turned into a little grease meal. Sorry Greco, I don't know if I will be back.
Had it the other day, thought the new location was great! Very clean and food was delicious and right on time!

The newly renovated Greco in Amherst has the potential to bring back the love for this classic east coast pizza franchise. The new location is accessible for those who live in town or who might just be coming into town for lunch. The staff are motivated to do their best. My order today was correctly made, and I was called back when my order was ready early. The quality and taste far surpassed what I had previously come to expect from Greco at the old location. I would highly recommend a stop by the new location to see whats waiting.
