Ordered a special which included a Large pizza. They sent me a medium. Called and got it replaced. They made me ANOTHER medium but cut it to death to make more slices.
Two trips to Amherst. Won’t be back anytime soon.

I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes, no answer, I called, no answer. I go into the store and there one girl making boxes, one on the phone and out back..TEN MINUTES no one acknowledged my presence, another customer came in and no one acknowledged her either

I've always enjoyed my Greco pizza tonight I had a very sweet girl deliver my pizza to 24 Eddie here in Amherst gave her a $5 tip I made sure she got back to her car without slipping on the icey driveway thanks to whoever your name is 🙂🙂

Went in around 1 pm on Monday to get something for lunch. There was one customer being served when I went in . It appeared that there was only one staff member catering to the front counter while the other one was making online orders or such. The lady at the front counter was very friendly but you could visibly see she was overwhelmed being by herself. I waited about 20 minutes from the time I walked in until I left with my order. There was about 5 people who entered after me and a few of them left because of the long wait.
I probably wouldn't recommend this place to someone looking for a quick stop during a lunch break or such . It was definitely disappointing that there was only one person serving the guest at the front counter .

I love the food at Greco — it’s always good, fresh, and consistent. The staff are friendly when you deal with them, and I’ve had a few positive experiences overall. However, the drive-thru service really needs improvement. I’ve gone a few times after 12:30, and they often stop taking orders or the service becomes very slow. It can be frustrating when you’re expecting quick drive-thru service but end up waiting or being unable to order at all. Great food, nice people, but the drive-thru definitely needs better consistency and speed

Stopped in to grab supper, had an order of wings, mozzarella sticks and a BBQ chicken oven roasted sub. Loved every single bite, it was so delicious and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks!
Really enjoyed the pizza and garlic fingers at the new Greco's location beside Pharmasave! I got the $10 two topping pizza and garlic fingers combo and was pleasantly surprised... I was able to get bacon strips, not crumble, as one of my toppings (usually is a premium topping) and flavored crust as well for free on both the pizza and the garlic fingers! Multiple choices for crust flavors too.

Ordered a panzarotti and mozzarella sticks at 11:15 am for a 1200 delivery. . Did not recieve it and called and was told it just left at 1225. Got here when our lunch was over so I told them to take it back and refused to ay

The service here is amazing! When we had an issue the other week, I called and was looked after promptly. I know a lot of people get upset and rush to leave a bad review, but honestly, it’s amazing what happens when you simply contact the business and let them know what happened. In our case, the situation was completely out of their control, and they handled it with professionalism and care.
On top of that, the pizza is absolutely delicious. We’ll certainly be coming back!
