staff told me i was taking too long to order, then got my order wrong and blamed it on me, made me pay twice for food i didnt ask for, the wrap was the size of a babys fist, not rolled properly or even had the correct things in it, its like they took everything blended and put it in the wrap. extremely horrible

Took advantage of the medium pizzas for $8.99 offer - ordered 4 - and also got a donair. The donair was, according to the person who ate it, okay except that the donair sauce was runny, had way too much garlic powder in it and tasted slightly sour. The garlic fingers with cheese - oh, is that what those little browned up spots on top were supposed to be, cheese? Dry, oh my god, dry because there was so little cheese, they just basically threw a pizza crust with garlic butter into the oven. And in a bizarre twist I’ve never seen before, after it came out of the oven, they threw a bit of cold shredded mozzarella on top that kinda warmed up to sweaty cheese consistency. It was so out of left field, I couldn’t figure it out on visual inspection - I pulled one of the mozzarella slugs off to taste and figure out what it was. (See picture.) The three pizzas were cooked fine, had an adequate amount of toppings but the amount of cheese was slightly below decent. Also, the tomato sauce was super bitter and tasted like the cheapest of tomato-like sauce with sugar thrown in and the “free crust toppings” were thrown on in an inconsistent and haphazard manner, showing no care for final quality of product nor respect for the customer’s order. Even my kid commented on how back they looked and that’s gotta tell you something.To the owner: You seem to imply that people are only writing negative reviews to ruin your business’ reputation. Sir, the only person ruining your business’ reputation is you. The success of any business is not in a single customer but in a repeat customer. Might I suggest you read your negative reviews and take away some tips for ways to improve instead of only taking offense.

What a poor excuse for customer service... to busy to spread the toppings out on the pizza.... to rude to take the order, what a disgrace. Placing a 150 dollar order and they're too busy to make the pizza the way you ask and then are extremely rude on the phone! Will never order here again!

Pizza and garlic fingers were undercooked. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them by placing an order. There are much better pizza joints in this town, I won’t be returning to Greco anytime soon.EDIT:Thanks for the useless response, Greco. Way to slam a customer who is just giving an honest assessment of your service. Once again….RUDE SERVICE AND POORLY COOKED FOOD!!!! Just take a look at all of the other bad reviews. Anyone reading this can see just how much you really care about your reputation, or lack thereof.

Got a pizza, it was badly burnt. I tried calling to have it made again, and was met with a rude man over the phone, who insisted it was cooked correctly and that I was wrong. Also seen other people on Facebook with the same issue, being told "they're just trying to get free food"This Greco sucks under the new owners, and no one should order from there. Good luck getting good food, because you'll never get it replaced, or refunded.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! The staff here are some of the rudest people ever! They have no idea how to cook pizza at all, they're either half raw, or as black as the night sky and always completely inedible. When you try and call them to ask them if you can have it replaced and tell them you can give them photos, the actual pizza back, etc to prove it ; they call you a scammer that's looking for free food and hang up on you. God forbid they admit they make a mistake but instead they always just say "we cook the pizza's perfectly you're lying to us" ? edit to respond to owner: people want a normally cooked pizza, not lightly cooked or else they'd ask for lightly cooked. Stop trying to make excuses as to why you're the only person in the right when you should just own up to the fact you burnt the pizza.

Use to be good pizza and polite friendly service now is more of a joke than anything. Apparently customer service has been thrown out the window at this location. I will go to moncton if I want good greco and friendly service. Bobs pizza acrothe road is so much better with friendly people that actually want you to place orders and will fix any mistakes that may occur.
