Had the Mexican black bean bowl , didn't look like alot of food but was very filling and quite tasty . There sauce you can add yourself had a bit of spice which was nice .

I was incredibly happy with my wrap, salad and my juice. So fresh, you can truly taste the difference.

Unfortunately this place has amazing eats and vibes but is SEVERLY under staffed and it took over an hour for our 3 meals, with only 2 groups before us. The management needs to ensure proper staffing so these poor workers can keep up! Great work by the workers.

Young person making the sandwich was the worst at making it. Picking up ingredients with his hands(gloves on) but then using a fork to almost like he was playing with the order. The sauce wouldn’t come out and he messed with that, then it came flying out all over the order. He was going to give this to me u til said I’m not taking that.
Wouldn’t eat anything from this Harvest again.
Rice all over the counters, ends of sauce containers dried with old sauce.

REAL food at VERY affordable prices!
A worthy stop on our way from Halifax to Joggins.
Had a flavourful Coconut Curry Bowl (under $20) and a very satisfying and fresh Breakfast Burrito (under $13).
Highly recommended!
Coming back for dinner!

The kale salad wasn't 100% kale was a combo regular lettuce and kale. The chicken sandwich was good and tasty. If pass again I will try other dishes. It is an OK recommendation.

Good option but expensive for the order. Avocado toast in goos bread but way too many sprouts and the pouched egg too well done. Needed a bit of salt.
Thw chicken pesto panini ok but not worth a second visit. Yet, you eat relatively clean.
