I recently went to this kfc, the customer service is amazing, they are very nice, and they had a deal to fill out a 5 question survey for a freebie! The employees were amazing, and the area was very clean. The chicken is so good, and they prepared the chicken in 2 minutes. I highly recommend eating here.

Visited a friend in NS, I'm from the States and wanted to see if KFC is generally a terrible experience no matter where you go anymore.It is.Food was cold, as if the warmers they keep things to temp weren't working properly.Staff were nice but honestly did nothing to make it right.I don't know what I expected.Ever since the 2000s, Pizza Hut, Wendys, and KFC have drastically gone down in quality. I'm not sure if it's due to my generation not feeling like working, a lack of leadership, faulty equipment, or a mix of the three. I hope as a business that KFC kicks it up a notch, as our local GAS STATION serves better chicken. Amherst deserves better.

Ordered 2 x 4 Pc Combo's and a Zinger ComboThe worst chicken I've ever eaten, I thin it was setting there for a while and was reheated a few times before being pawned off on me.Fries were cold like they just came out of a fridge.The staff was pleasant and the place was clean enough. But I can honestly say I will never eat at this place again. I highly recommend you stay away from here.Almost $40.00 bucks spent to feed the animals along the highway; I even doubt they will eat it.BUYER BEWARE !!
