Ordered the new firecracker chicken sandwich and I love the sauce you put on it so I always get extra and get home with my sandwich there’s a dime size of sauce on the burger. They knew what they were doing and this happens way to much to me so I am now complaining. Ridiculous can’t do their job right they don’t pay for the sauce so if someone asked for extra just put extra sauce on the burger like come onnnnn !!!!!!! Not happy

I bought my kids $35 worth of hot sauce and when my child asked for a packet of hot sauce she told me it was 35c thirty five cents and he was surprised and this is not right for the restaurant I am upset that they turned my son away disappointed by a woman wearing glasses We are visitors from Prince Edward Island and thank you for the hospitality

Very disappointing experience from visiting this McDonald's location, Amherst.
Wait time 25+ minutes for simple order of 4 coffee and 3 mcflury. When my child asked worker why our number disappeared from the screen and how he now can know when we supposed to know that they are working on our order, he got very rude response and that these number not for customers. When order was haded out, same person stared at him with such condemn and disgust.! My child was shocked. It took him some time to overcome this bad experience.
Enother shocking moment, kitchen staff did not wear hairnet! They were touching food, then their hair, clothes, and food again.
Very disappointed and super bad experience. If this is a standard at this location, I don't want to think even what hand hygiene standards are in place.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unacceptable Wait Time and Poor Customer Service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent visit McDonald’s in Amherst. My friends and I placed a simple order of just coffee and three ice creams, yet we were forced to wait for approximately 25 minutes. This delay is unacceptable, especially for such a small order.

To make matters worse, when my friend’s son asked why our number had disappeared from the screen and how much longer we would have to wait, the employee gave him a harsh, judgmental look. The manner in which the ice cream was handed to us was equally unpleasant—rude and unprofessional.

Additionally, I was surprised to see that none of the kitchen staff were wearing hairnets. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

This experience left a very negative impression on us, and we expected much better service from a brand like McDonald’s.

Another disappointing trip to this McDonalds, there is a reason I only go 2-3 times a year. Ordered breakfast burritos the only change was to add 2 additional sasla packets , after being parked for 5 minutes they came out with 2 mayo packets with my meal, and which o expressed told them at the window, do not bring me mayo like you usually do and was assured they would not. Said it was wrong on the receipt, so in they go to retrieve the 2 salsa packets which took an additional 2 minutes
Now I go through the drive thru because I am in a hurry on this occasions.
The receipt looks pretty clear that I requested salsa packets but also marked on there is mayo??
