Nice to say there was someone ahead this morning, that order a big meal made a line up behind and when I get to the window get a coffee, can you please go to the other window like no im busy got work its called just leave waste of time even going there never again, tim Hortons is the best place to go fast service no hold ups.

My wife and I was recently at the McDonald's in Amherst ns,and we placed our order and took a seat, after the person at the cash register told us our meal would be delivered to our table. My wife ordered a big Mac and a coke to drink. I ordered a cheese burger, only ketsup on it,and 2 apple pies. Waited approximately 20minutes for our order. Fries were cold, apple pies were burnt and cold,and the burger was so thin and tiny I thought I must of got a kids size. Paid roughly $24.00 for this.

food is ok. service is absolutely horrific always have to pull up to a spot every-time you go through the drive thru no matter how much you order at least a 10 minute wait for a burger and it’s usually cold by the time you get it the staff is very slow and poor service on the speakers

Went there tonight. Online it says they are open 24/7. But employees were having drinks which i was able to see from outside and they said we are closed. Worst experience ever.

I got 2 teas, a muffin and the breakfast burritos and come to find out the burritos were well over their shelf life as shown in the photoy6 to. I hadn't noticed until I was in Sackville so I did go into the McDonald's in Sackville and they were absolutely amazing and rectified the issue while being super apologetic.

This McDonald’s is horrible. I try to give it a chance. Every time we go, our food is slow to come or it is cold because it sat there.
This time is the last time. I ordered 3 meals, no one else in line. My 2 burrito meal came with NO BURRITOS. The actual main part of the meal was missing. I drove all the way home and realized (should’ve looked before I left). I did go back and got my money back and went to Tim Hortons.
Time after time there is something with this place.

They ALWAYS forget my straws and were pretty rude one day to my disabled son. Otherwise the rest of the staff is friendly, pretty quick for being new
