Decent with order wait time, even when it was insanely busy. Happy with service, food quality, and would certainly go again.Would not recommend eating in, during busy time.

Everything was cold, two sandwiches were made wrong, the restaurant was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and when asking for a second sauce for nuggets, we were told we already got one. We did not.The supervisor/manager was also rude and treated the staff so poorly in the 15 mins we were in the restaurant.

Not what it used to be in the old days growing up.Dietary restrictions: Legit milk or beef products or byproducts in everything. Even the fries are cooked with "Beef Tallow" and the chicken breading contains milk.

spoke with a manager yesterday, missing items that had been ordered everything was set up with the daytime manager, I was on a road trip and made arrangements to stop by the next day and got attitude and ignorance from the management working the 7pm shift, yes I know it's only McDonald's but joking and carrying on with employees who we off shift shouldn't have been the priority.

Not sure how, but the Amherst McDonald's is probably the best location in the maritimes when it comes to quality of food. Everything is always really fresh and hot. We stop in on our way to visit family in NB and have yet to have even a sub par experience. Managers and staff should be commended for fast 6 friendly service and hot amd fresh food. The tomatoes are crisp. Usually in halifax locations the are edible at best ;)
