Pizza Delight

Never once had a bad experience, untill tonight my order specifically stated vegan cheese as im very allergic to real cheese, the receipt states both to be vegan cheese and sure enough my food was layerd with real cheese, tried calling back as they close in 30 mins, yet are now closed, just a waste of money and time.

We are visiting from Alberta, and Tania was our waitress. She was hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had. So welcoming and kind, went above and beyond. Food was great as well!

pizza was yummy, garlic fingers were a bit over done and dry and lacked flavour but still yummy and weren’t that bad. Pizza sauce has a bit of spicy to it and staff were nice but place wasn’t busy yet they still took a while to come when we wanted to ask about something or get the bill. wait for food wasn’t too bad and faster compared to some dine in restaurants. overall nice restaurant would come back

The food was decent. The atmosphere in the dining room was great. Men’s washroom was deplorable. We told our waitress, Michelle that it was our anniversary of being married. She then proceeded to tell us it was near the anniversary of her divorce. Very unprofessional given we were actually celebrating. She also asked my husband about his necklace and proceeded to put her hands on him to inspect it closer. I asked for extra veggies in my pasta, which I did not get. I ordered a pitcher of sangria which took 25 minutes to receive as she had to come ask me three times what exactly I wanted. Once she got it it tasted good. Overall experience was very poor. Disappointed as we normally enjoy the experience.

We realized our order was wrong after driving 20 minutes to get home. Called the restaurant and was put on hold while they “checked” our order - I have it in my email, so I know what I ordered. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes, nobody came back to the phone. I called back 2 more times and the phone rang and rang. Nobody ever picked up or returned my call. The new Greco will be getting our business moving forward. $69.22 is too much to spend and not get your correct order.
