Ordered at 3:20 and still waiting at 4:20. Increase your staff if you are that far behind on a Saturday. Very frustrating to have to wait an hour for a pizza. ?Also no front staff available for at least 10 minutes when we first arrived.

I went out to eat twice within a couple weeks. The waitress we had was nothing but ignorant and rude. She gave us no customer service besides “what do you want to order” and “here’s your bill”. She reached over my plate of food while I was eating almost knocking my fork out of my hand. As I was looking over my bill she actually ripped it out of my hand. After the terrible attitude we got, I did not leave a tip. Once she seen I did not leave a tip, she threw my machine receipt on the table with a dirty look and stomped away. This didn’t happen just the once, but both times. Not to mention while trying to pay, she just sat the machine on the table and walked away for almost 10 minutes. The attitude and amount of unprofessional behaviour of this lady was disgusting. The food was good, but wouldn’t recommend a place to eat when the waitress is rude to everyone. I even witnessed this same waitress go to another table with a to-go box, she picked up the lady’s garlic fingers and she threw them into the box and threw the box on the table. This women should not be working with the public with that kind of attitude.

Stopped in for dinner while staying at a nearby hotel. We enjoyed an individual veggie pizza and a large salad. For dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed an apple crumble served on a hot skillet. Our server (sorry I cannot remember her name) was exceedingly friendly, professional and most attentive. Prices are reasonable. We found this restaurant to be very clean and well maintained.

Asked for the children’s menu. Assistant manager was very rude and said we couldn’t order. I explained that I have had stomach surgery and can’t eat. She told me it was corporate policy, which it isn’t because I did it in Edmunston. She then backtracked and said it was their policy. She said I would have to pay full price! My husband ordered a meal, I asked if I could share or would I be charged double as well. Won’t be back. Edit- she denies it but she called me an effing C word and yelled at me to get out of her restaurant. Corporate has been advised

last night was one of my worst experiences I ever had at pizza delight, my daughters kids meal was completely burnt, 2 different food items with hair in it, horrible service as the lady was so disrespectful and rude, her actions was so unprofessional, shaking her head because my kids wasn't sure what they wanted, like really they are kids, when told them that I wasn't satisfied with the food she said that it would be a while before there was new stuff made, she ultimately wanted me to just get my daughter to eat burnt nachos. No thanks. This was a very unprofessional moment. I will definitely not be back and will find another kid friendly restaurant with friendlier service
