Very disappointing service. The person at the counter named Thea completely ignored me when I asked to place my order and walked away into the kitchen. Another employee had to take my order instead. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I would like to bring to your attention that the location pin on the map seems to be misplaced. However, despite this minor issue, the food service you provided was truly outstanding. The quality of the meals and the attentiveness of your staff were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend visiting, as the dining experience is well worth the effort. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I couldn't be more livid about the ignorant employee that REFUSED to serve me after I just got off working my butt off all day and night. I came in BEFORE 10pm and the Employee (if you want to call her that) straight up told me she would NOT make me a small salad that would of literally taken 2 minutes to make and I would of been on my way. I come here all of the time and never have I been treated so poorly. I asked her so nicely if I could PLEASE get a salad as I just worked so hard all day and all I wanted after work was a salad from subway and I made sure to get here before 10pm ( close) and she told me that there was a possibility that if she made me a salad that it would take her until 10pm... like, what? So, why does it say on the door that you guys are open until 10pm and I made sure to get here BEFORE 10PM and I was straight up refused service and she told me NO and that I had to go .....it wasn't even 10pm yet? How is this fair? I'm a regular customer who spends a lot of money at this location and all I wanted was my salad. I cannot believe this is who you guys are hiring to serve customers!!! Never again will I ever come to this location all because of this exact employee!! Thanks a lot. Way to go Subway! Maybe you guys could hire someone local that would never turn down a customer who arrived BEFORE closing! So upset!

Went through the drive-through for the first and last time today. Ordered a rice bowl only to get home and realize there's no rice. Also they gave the the wrong cookies I ordered. 0/10

I visited Subway today and had a great experience, thanks to one of the staff members, Lovepreet Singh. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was just the way I wanted it. It's always a pleasure to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Lovepreet truly made my visit enjoyable — great attitude and professionalism. Keep up the excellent work!
