The drive thru is stupid. Who wants to sit there trying to figure out a touch screen? That literally defeats the purpose of a drive thru.
Also, most of the time when I try to open your front door - it sucks itself shut & I have to fight with the door to open it. I'm not sure what's wrong with it but I got so annoyed just now that I decided to go to A&W for lunch instead.

The man working was very rude and not understanding when me and my family were trying to use a coupon, and while talking to us he started talking to a coworker in a language we did not understand, i think that’s quite rude while you are dealing with customers. Also when i got home i found my bread was not fully cooked and was quite raw, doughy, and wet, i do not get sauce so this does not make any sense.
Went to get food with my children and was informed they could not longer make tuna sandwiches for kids... No solutions just can't do anything. Wasted a whole foot long and I still have a hungry autistic five year old..

honestly stay away from this new subway. Service was absolutely horrendous and did not even know how to make a subway series footlong. Had two workers working on one sub (note those are the only workers in the building) multiple people in the building looking super disappointed at their food. Food was mushy and could not even get through half of it lol.

i recently went to your fine establishment in amherst ns. my good god golly gee willickers. i will never eat out at another place again. i ordered the ICONIC order online of a rotisserie chicken on Italian herb and cheese bread with *EXTRA.* crispy onion. see, when i go here i expect EXTRA. EXTRA. i go to pick up my order of my two delicious delectable subs that complete my entire life and a side pack of cookies. (i was sharing i'm not that fat) i pick it up. the worker looked at me and said he put EXTRA. good. best employee ever. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE RIGHT NOW. i dont know his name but he had black hair, asian, A MIGHTY MAN. all men should look up to this LEGEND. i open up my shining star of a sandwich. OH MY. SO MANY EXTRA ONIONS ON THE SUB. I ALMOST FAINTED. i did not realize i was at a five star establishment. if i was trying to impress anyone i will now take them here.if i need a wedding done i will come here. if my entire family dies and im sad i will come here. i will give birth to my first born child here. i will get married here.

They're dependable, if not a little overpriced.So, to make one location of a Global Chain Restaurant, stand out, it's not going to be what they are serving, but Who's serving it.This location has the Best Staff in Amherst.So thoughtful, kind, friendly, Wonderful staff.I go back again and again, less for the good sandwiches, and more for the Great Staff!

I love that there is now a drive thru option, however almost everytime we use it..our order is wrong or missing ingredients. What's the point in putting our order in the kiosk if they aren't taking the time to read it? Very dissatisfied with the service lately.
