They're dependable, if not a little overpriced.So, to make one location of a Global Chain Restaurant, stand out, it's not going to be what they are serving, but Who's serving it.This location has the Best Staff in Amherst.So thoughtful, kind, friendly, Wonderful staff.I go back again and again, less for the good sandwiches, and more for the Great Staff!

I love that there is now a drive thru option, however almost everytime we use it..our order is wrong or missing ingredients. What's the point in putting our order in the kiosk if they aren't taking the time to read it? Very dissatisfied with the service lately.

Unfortunately 0 is not an option. I got take out for my mother and I. Brought the subs home to eat but they had to go into the compost bin. The bread was unchewable. The skimpy amount of toppings was very little and the price has seemed to have risen greatly. The cardboard they said was chicken was also inedible. You have lost at least 2 customers today.Parking: It was fine but I should have just turned around and left.

Today I went there for teriyaki footlong. Poonam served me and made awesome footlong. She was so patient and welcoming and done awesome job Overall.
The staff were friendly, fast and some od the best customer service I have received in a long time! Going to a new place I don't normally tip but I was glad I did. Thank you for a tasty sub ??☺

Tried your new steak and bacon sub tonight worst tasting sub soggy un cooked bacon tried to call store and went to fax machine for paying 30 for 2 subs it should have been top notch let me down again offered you a small catering job and you said you could not accommodate time frame i needed so you lost a 200.00 sale Springhill came through and was amazing service

I watched the lady handle customers money some stuff on the counter then put vegetables on ,twice on 2 different people subs before trying to do it to mine, when I told her to change her gloves, She had no shame whatsoever something tells me that's normal there Had to repeat myself 3 times for extra cheese and she still didn't put it on ,
