Food was great, just way too much. Bring an extra cooler to take leftovers home. Service was second to none. The place is a little dated and dreary, adds to charm I guess. They ran out of onion rings - but still had onions?🤔 Will definitely be back with a cooler Lol.

First time going to Farmer's family Diner was the other day. Let me tell you, the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and were greeted there. The ladies were so kind and friendly. The dine in area was spotless, and such a cozy little spot. Our order was taken, and the food was brought to us quickly and it was unbelievable!!! So good. A nice size portion with lots of veggies! Felt like we were sitting in the comfort of our own home. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Farmer's family diner for our first time experience being one of the best experiences.

My absolute number 1 pick to eat in all the Annapolis Valley. Holy Toledo! It takes A LOT for a restaurant to impress me after over 15 yrs working in them, and this place did. I cannot even remember the last time I was impressed. They had real vegetables, real portion sizes, homemade food and a down to earth vibe. How is it possible that I have never known of this place before! Everybody must eat here.

I can’t say enough…the fish and chips were delicious! The portion was huge and the fish batter was light and crispy.Even good ole French fries were perfectly crisp. We know some of the staff but we order our regular and never seem to have long to wait.Even with no Zoo traffic they are busy ❤️

What can I say, it was good country home cooking! Large portions and plenty of flavour. They make their deserts and breads from scratch. Our waitress, Dianna, was a pure pleasure and made us feel right at home. We will be back. If you haven't been there you must, and won't be disappointed.
