This is a genuine hidden treasure in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley. Located in a refurbished former bank in the rural community of Aylesford, the food at this restaurant was truly amazing. The menu was shockingly extensive and the prices were reasonable. We had three main dishes, lychee beef, beef pad thai, and imperial chicken. We also had a couple of appetizers. Everything was excellent. The restaurant decor reminded me so much of Southeast Asia. To be honest, the preparation of the food took a fairly long time. However, I suspect that this had something to do with the large number of takeout orders being prepared. In any case, the food was well worth the wait. It far exceeded my expectations. Again, a real culinary treasure located in the most unexpected of places. Highly recommend.
Owner is not rude, just curt and direct in my opinion, more of a character than anyhting. The pad thai was the best I have ever had and cooked perfectly. The Khao soi was a delight. Wait times were a bit long, but it was all worth it. Go in knowing that the proprietor is direct and focused on the food quality above all else and enjoy. Get there well in advance of kitchen closing time as it is just a two person small restaurant. Worth the drive and every penny spent.
Most authentic Thai food I have ever had. The guy waiting my table was very nice.
Made a special stop at Thai Memory Restaurant on our trip to Nova Scotia. We frequently went there when they were located in Hamilton, Ontario and we were missing them big time. The atmosphere and food were exactly how we remembered it. Food was excellent and worth the trip. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re out this way.
I had the best authentic Thai dinner ever in this Province. Wow! I highly recommend it. The Chef uses fresh ingredients and the portions are large. If you are not looking for the usual western version of Thai and are looking for authentic, this is it. I had take out and loved everything. Totally worth the drive if you are a foodie like me.
My boyfriend & I ate here for the first time today. Absolutely amazing food. Such a beautiful place inside, as well. We will definitely be back again soon.
Very Very Great Thai Food.
If you order spicy you get spicy. This was great.
Portions are big and the owner was very friendly.
Parking for free behind the restaurant.
They have also goods from Thailand for sale.

The food is good and worth the price. We only get take out here but the packaging lately has been poor... I got a pad Thai and the paper bag was leaking a lot of sticky fluid with no warning, and it was too dark for me to tell, so it got all over my car :(
On another recent occasion the fresh spring rolls were packaged in a paper carton, so the carton material was stuck to half the rice wraps.
They used to put foil between the sticky coconut rice and the cartons, but not lately, so it gets stuck to the paper cartons too.

Thai Memory has now become one of my favourite restaurants in the valley! Incredibly flavourful and complex deep flavours that I can’t get enough of. They pride themselves on having authentic cuisine and they do not disappoint. I’ve ordered their yellow curry with coconut rice, the pad Thai and the khao soy… all of them were a 10/10. I’ve only ever gotten takeout, they are meticulous with their packaging so you get to enjoy your food just as it would be served in person. Portion sizes and generous and the leftovers don’t last long. I would recommend everyone to stop in and enjoy some great food!

The food was plentiful and flavourful. I was smart enough to read the warning about the spice, so I ordered accordingly. There was very little wait time.
