Found this gem of a restaurant! Kind of hard to see from the outside yet you’ll be happy you found it.
Dining area is filled with THAI adventure and food tastes authentic and filled with flavour.

Absolutely delicious meal tonight... All dishes full of flavour. We had Choo Chee curry, light perfectly cooked fish, crispy batter and spicy curry sauce. The second main was stir fried eggplant with pork...a chef creation. Also full of flavour and delicious. We have been a few times to Thai Memory but this was a stand out experience. Would love to try some of their other new options. Really happy we went with their suggestions!

Picked up Thai Memory yesterday and it was delicious! We ordered a variety of different dishes - Panang Curry, Herbed Chicken, Pad Thai. Each one was flavourful and unique.
We have plenty more for supper tonight - and I’m already looking forward to leftovers.
Give this wonderful local gem a try. Having access to authentic, fresh and delicious Thai food in the valley is so fortunate. Please support a local business!

We used to go all the time when this restaurant was in Hamilton, and are glad we made the detour on the way to Halifax to get dinner! If you’re nearby and like Thai food it’s a must stop.

Always enjoy the food at Thai Memory. So far I've tried the pad Thai, Thai memory chicken, massaman curry, coconut rice, mango salad, and fresh rolls which are all excellent. We called to order take out close to closing on Friday night (730pm) thinking they may not take more orders but they did. Food was ready in 40 minutes. The valley doesn't have much to offer in the way of authentic Asian food but this place is top notch. Highly recommend it. The cook seemed to be alone in the kitchen, working very hard to get our order ready when we arrived. So it may be a bit of a wait when they're busy but it's so worth it!
Excellent, authentic Thai food. So nice to see the same menu items as in Thailand and so many great choices.

Best Thai food I've had in Canada! It was very reminiscent of a restaurant in rural Thailand. Wonderfull staff we showed up under an hour before they closed, with a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. They seated us took our order and brought out some of the best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand. We will be back!!

This is a genuine hidden treasure in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley. Located in a refurbished former bank in the rural community of Aylesford, the food at this restaurant was truly amazing. The menu was shockingly extensive and the prices were reasonable. We had three main dishes, lychee beef, beef pad thai, and imperial chicken. We also had a couple of appetizers. Everything was excellent. The restaurant decor reminded me so much of Southeast Asia. To be honest, the preparation of the food took a fairly long time. However, I suspect that this had something to do with the large number of takeout orders being prepared. In any case, the food was well worth the wait. It far exceeded my expectations. Again, a real culinary treasure located in the most unexpected of places. Highly recommend.

Owner is not rude, just curt and direct in my opinion, more of a character than anyhting. The pad thai was the best I have ever had and cooked perfectly. The Khao soi was a delight. Wait times were a bit long, but it was all worth it. Go in knowing that the proprietor is direct and focused on the food quality above all else and enjoy. Get there well in advance of kitchen closing time as it is just a two person small restaurant. Worth the drive and every penny spent.
Most authentic Thai food I have ever had. The guy waiting my table was very nice.
Made a special stop at Thai Memory Restaurant on our trip to Nova Scotia. We frequently went there when they were located in Hamilton, Ontario and we were missing them big time. The atmosphere and food were exactly how we remembered it. Food was excellent and worth the trip. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re out this way.
I had the best authentic Thai dinner ever in this Province. Wow! I highly recommend it. The Chef uses fresh ingredients and the portions are large. If you are not looking for the usual western version of Thai and are looking for authentic, this is it. I had take out and loved everything. Totally worth the drive if you are a foodie like me.
My boyfriend & I ate here for the first time today. Absolutely amazing food. Such a beautiful place inside, as well. We will definitely be back again soon.
