Tha deep fried seafood planter was over cooked. The sweet potato fries were excellent.

Great family style restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the the food was delicious, and generous portions too.

This place is somewhat hidden, and it took us a few minutes to find it despite using Google maps. It was worth it, though. The double burger I had was delicious but enormous and came with a huge order of housemade fries. My husband had the seafood chowder, which was freshly made and delicious. The service was friendly and accommodating.

Great meals and excellent service at JB's. It was late on a Sunday afternoon, and we needed dinner before a long drive back to Annapolis Royal. We got to JB's  15 minutes before closing and were welcomed in without hesitation. The food was great and we didn't feel rushed at all, even though I'm sure the staff were ready to leave before we got there. Thank you for making us feel at home!
I had the hot chicken burger, which was delicious. Other meals were the lobster sandwich, chicken cesar salad, BLT, and haddock chowder and veggies beef soup. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We'd definitely come again if we're back this way.

No friendly welcome as we walked in the door. Lobster sandwich in cream sauce was ok. A bit runny, strangely half the lobster was on top, leaving very little in the sandwich. The smallest pieces of fish I’ve ever seen with fish and chips.

My first time here and pleasantly surprised. Absolutely delicious! Seafood chowder was excellent! Scallop and haddock plate also excellent. Toasted Western sandwich was served like a triple decker club sandwich. Excellent. Lunch and drinks (non-alcoholic) for 3 came to $64.00 very reasonable. Great service as well! We'll be back!

I showed up 30 mins before closing, The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was cute with the classic east coast decor. I got the cheeseburger with fries and gravy. The cheeseburger was honestly the best burger I've had in a long time - homemade patties for the win!
The fries were tasty, nicely salted and the prefect crispiness! The gravy was a nice beef gravy prefect for dipping those tasty fries!
