They’ve been lying about the espresso machine being broken for weeks now. They moved the machine to the back and are too lazy to go back there and use it. I’m going to start looking for ways to go up the chain of command until this is resolved. You’re making coffee, it can’t be that challenging to make it with espresso.

Only down side is someone double parked the disabled spots, and my friend who's disabled had to walk far from back in parking lot to the building. So be warry if you need these spots as I hear this happens alot.
Wheelchair accessibility: When non disabled people who double parked them aren't there it's plentiful.
Sometimes I personally get annoyed if they don't have something I want but that's life, great service from the staff everytime especially the front kiosk lady

Lovely woman works there. I was there today, saturday at 5:40. This woman might have been the manager or something. She had short gray hair. Sorry, i do not know her name. Excellent worker. She was very, very nice we had loooong road trip and my back was hurting! Thank you, Miss Lady.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced at a Timmy's...clueless server and beyond slow ...drive thru service is deplorable to say the least..10 minutes for 2 coffees and only 1 car in front who only bought 1 item...
