Beautiful environment and only 3 mins’ walk you can reach the seaside and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful views. Ton is so nice and a talented chef as well. You won’t miss the breakfast here.

A hidden gem on Cabot trail. Definitely stop here for the pancakes and waffles.
We tried their gluten free Pannenkoek and it was the best we’ve ever had!
We stopped on our way on the Cabot Trail to enjoy their famous Dutch Pancakes for dinner. They were delicious! We chose the ham and cheese and the salami and vegetables. The ladies who served us were more than friendly and attentive to us. Impeccable service.

Finally! I was starting to think we couldn’t get a good breakfast anywhere on this side of the Cabot Trail but then we found this! The farmers pannekoek was better than any omelet. And they actually had decaf coffee, most places don’t. So sorry we are leaving Cape Breton today, we would be eating here every morning.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. It was exactly what I was looking for & better then I imagined. This may sound exaggerated but that is the feeling I left with & will always remember when thinking back.
Ton was helpful (very good communication) & friendly from the first question I asked after booking it to the moment we left.

We stayed in a great cabin at the Dancing Moose Cafe. The whole experience on the Cabot Trail on Cape Breton was great thanks to our host Tom. The cabins are great and a short stroll to the ocean. Thank you Tom for making our experience in Cape Breton an amazing one that we will never forget! ?

I ordered the pannekeok with bacon and ginger. I was smitten with this dish. The pannekeok was cooked perfectly with a crispy edge. The pairing of sweet ginger jam and bacon was delightful! The service was great and the vibe was very chill. I'd be happy to go back and would definitely recommend it.
