Thank you Darlene for making my doughnuts for me!

The wait is very long, the line goes by very slow. Some of the employees were being disrespectful to a few customers too. Other than that the visit was good, got lunch, tasted great.

Order 2 chai lattes in drive thru. Got home and found two pumpkin spice lattes. Annoying but I went back to have them fix and get what I ordered. Went in to the store and explained they gave me two of the wrong $5 lattes. Chai not pumpkin spice please. He makes me replacement lattes and I go back home.

Both pumpkin spice again. I’m out $10 and have no latte.

It's been a long while since I came accross a Tims that opporated so efficiently. I am traveling a few hours and I stopped for a bathroom break and a lunch.
There are 4 people behind the counter. Just enough room for one person to turn around at a time. It's a tight space. But they are working around eachother. Communicating. High stress and they are pleasant, encouraging eachother and patient with customers. I could see each person dialed in, focused and aware of the person next to them. Covering the counter and the drive-through!! Pulling drinks, baked goods, sandwiches.... I've been to many stores where there can be 8 or 9 people behind the counter and for somereason none of them are able to pour a glass of water in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you. So impressed by this team!!

this is, genuinely, one of the dirtiest places i have ever eaten, garbage outside is always overflowing, floors are dirty, fly feces and unknown oily looking stuff on ceilings and some walls and many, many dead flies on windowsills right beside where you eat. many flies flying around including right onto the displayed baked goods. the bathrooms are disgusting and not cleaned very well. it’s a shame because service is quick and the workers have all been nice, however it doesn’t justify how FILTHY this place is. tables seem to be the only thing that’s regularly cleaned. it is just plain nasty to have a view of dead flies and fly feces all around you as you eat. needs visit from health inspector ASAP!! multiple times workers have also had their kids running around acting like this place is a daycare even sitting at our table while parents ignore them. even though it’s one of the only places in the area AVOID!!! there is a couple stores nearby that are actually cleaned, go there for food instead.

this was the windowsill right at our table. zero care goes into cleaning this place, nasty!!

Stood at the cash for 15 minutes before I was even served. And it seems like this location never has anything other than the bare necessities (coffee, donuts etc).

Very nasty, filthy place. Dirtier than my husband’s jokes :-) Slow service as well, and bathrooms, well… see other reviews. Indeed, a surprise Health Care Department visit would be the best thing. No more Tim Hortons for me, that’s for sure.

Why is this store always out of ice caps, cold brew, frozen mango lemonade, cream filled, every week it something new they're out of l. The manager of this store needs to get it together.

Staff were friendly, but the place had more flies than a Levis factory. Big dirty things buzzing around the tables, crawling over the seats, on the light shades, on the ceiling… they’re everywhere. Took the food outside to flee from the flies.
