Service is slow. Morale seems low. Staff seem stressed and disrespected. The bathrooms are atrocious. If traveling, pass by this location and hit the next one, if you have time stop by Robin's in Annapolis Royal.

Tims has severly gone downhill. Coffee no longer tasts good. Service is horrible. Besides staff barely speaking and understanding english... a good portion of the orders are wrong. This is not isolated to 1 store... most are like that now. Most of the people I know have or are switching to other places to get their coffee.

CLEAN THE BATHROOMS!!! Why do these bathrooms always smell like piss?!! The disgusting dirt ring around the sink. Everything about the washrooms here are disgusting. I've used them a few times now thinking it'll be better than last time but hard no always smells wayyyy worse. Also, service is so slow. Drive thru seems to be faster but anytime you're walking in allow 15+ mins for your coffee and do not, I repeat, do not use the washrooms.

Service is trash, 6 people standing behind the counter doing nothing, talking, while customers walk out in disgust. Bathroom was a mess, display case looked like a tornado hit it. I ended up walking out like several other customers because no one would shut up long enough to acknowledge anyone was at the counter.

The bathroom smells like vomit and there’s a thick layer of urine on the ground. The coffee was burnt and most definitely not 20 min fresh, tastes like it came out of a 1920s coffee shop during World War I. The staff was eating food as they were serving customers and one of them was ugly.

The latte machine been broken for months. Staff can not make a simple coffee with out a mix up. It to the point I drive an extra 10 minutes so I can get coffee else where.

Terrible Tim Hortons. The specialty coffee machine has been broken for months now and half thr time the order is at least partly done wrong or missing something. You're best bet is to keep driving to the next nearest Tim's or coffee shop
