Very nasty, filthy place. Dirtier than my husband’s jokes :-) Slow service as well, and bathrooms, well… see other reviews. Indeed, a surprise Health Care Department visit would be the best thing. No more Tim Hortons for me, that’s for sure.

Why is this store always out of ice caps,cold brew, frozen mango lemonade, cream filled, every week it something new they're out of l. The manager of this store needs to get it together.

Staff were friendly, but the place had more flies than a Levis factory. Big dirty things buzzing around the tables, crawling over the seats, on the light shades, on the ceiling… they’re everywhere. Took the food outside to flee from the flies.

After weeks of ordering the supreme stack sandwich without sauce because of a allergy, today they tell me they cannot alter the sandwich .. the sauce is added after they make it and for weeks they didn't put sauce on it.. today they can no longer make the sandwich without the sauce after some so called staff meeting.. Horrible slow poor service. Staff act like they are doing you a favor..

7 am, the coffee they just took money for is cold. I thought they’d put milk in it because it felt so cold when they passed it to me. I took the lid off and went to show her that it was cold, and she closed the take out window. LOL Coffee. Can’t ever serve hot coffee at 7 am? That’s crazy.

Good pit stop when heading to Annapolis. Store is always busy and the staff on always seem run off their feet. Restaurant could really use a make over and maybe a cleaning person. Food was good staff were nice

Had to stop for gas and decided to grab a coffee. The staff were busy but very friendly and working hard. The restaurant had some dirty tables and full garbages but it wasn’t that bad.

Safety concern, first and last visit . On July 19th, passing through Bridgetown. Stopped in for a coffee,the bathroom floors were just mopped,it looked like water was spilled on the floor and was pushed around. There were puddles on most of the floor. My husband uses a cane,the area was very slippery. Aside from being slippery, it certainly did not smell fresh and clean. The men's bathroom reaked of urine. I can see previous reviews on the cleanliness of the bathrooms. When I informed staff,there was no action taken,even after waiting 5 minutes. I have visited a lot of Tim's over the years, this is by far the worst. I can't think of any that I would not give a 5 star review to. Please clean up these bathrooms for Safety reasons. Thank you in advance.
