The bathroom smells like vomit and there’s a thick layer of urine on the ground. The coffee was burnt and most definitely not 20 min fresh, tastes like it came out of a 1920s coffee shop during World War I. The staff was eating food as they were serving customers and one of them was ugly.

The latte machine been broken for months. Staff can not make a simple coffee with out a mix up. It to the point I drive an extra 10 minutes so I can get coffee else where.

Terrible Tim Hortons. The specialty coffee machine has been broken for months now and half thr time the order is at least partly done wrong or missing something. You're best bet is to keep driving to the next nearest Tim's or coffee shop

There is a worker in Bridgetown Tim Horton's...I call her Cindy Loo Who. She is from Cape Breton and she says BOT-el for bottle. She makes me laugh every time I go through and get her. She makes my day. She is efficient, friendly, funny and warm.

Typical Tim Horton's menu and services. This particular restaurant is very clean (unlike the many TH's closer to the cities and larger towns). Food service was fast, hot and accurate...another plus compared to other franchises.

Rough experience lol, breakfast rush at 8:15 they were absolutely slammed for. Had 3 front house staff- 1 for tills, 1 drive through, 1 making sandwiches. What looked to be the manager (was in civilian clothes) asked the sandwich maker some request but didn’t assist with the line.
No espresso / latte / any of those, but mobile order had paid for them with no way to correct it.
Long loooong line. lol. I over heard one persons sandwiches hadn’t been made because the cashier didn’t punch it in…

It was super busy when we went in, and the staff could not handle it!! They were fighting and arguing with each other, not calling out the orders when they were done, just putting it on the counter for customers to guess. It took 20 minutes to get our food...
I ordered 2 loaded wraps, they had hardly any chicken in it, and the rice was barely cooked.

This location is seriously in need of cleaning and remodeling. The ceiling tiles are disgustingly yellow, and makes you wonder if the tiles are left over from when smoking was allowed indoors, there is a thick layer of dust on the window sills and most fixtures in the restaurant.
That said, the staff are very friendly, and a very steady stream of locals through the restaurant don't seem to notice. A surprise corporate inspection and some money in renovation are in order here.
