It was so busy we knew we'd have to wait, and the staff was great despite thr long line ups. However we waited 35 min for 3 teen burgers, when we got them they were cold and thrown together. They were sloppy and falling apart we couldn't even eat them. Didn't want to wait another 30 min, so we just kept going on our travels.

I also appreciate A&W being one of the only restaurants on which I can rely to get food that I can safely eat, having multiple food sensitivities such as gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance, a corn allergy, etc. They have the only veggie burger that I can safely eat, and offer a lettuce wrap as a good alternative to a bun.
I usually receive exactly what I order, but on my last stop there, unfortunately there was cheese on my veggie burger, to which I had clearly said no. Other than that, it was a good experience as usual.

We stopped in yesterday and all i can say is wow! This has to be the dirtest A&W i have ever seen. The ceiling looks like it is caving in and there is plaster all over the walls that looks like it has been there for months.

This place is perfect for burgers. You should have a veggie masala burger which I tried in Halifax. It was amazing. I would recommend that you have a veggies masala burger. Whenever i try to call it's not working

The tables were very dirty and sticky. The floor was slippery with grease (?)
Wow. Place was disgusting Fallin apart. Haven't been inside for quit awhile. And thank God. 2 people inside other than us. Tables havent been cleaned or wiped in quit sometime. Think it's more of a party spot in the back. Alot of neglect. I think the place was built and forgotten

I don't eat fast food often but when I do I enjoy a&w. I was a bit disappointed with my last visit as I ordered a grandpa burger with a poutine and a diet root beer. The poutine was delicious but after I got home and unwrapped the grandpa burger I come to realize it was made with buddy burger patties. My first bite I didn't even get patty. That's when I realized the wrong patty was used. If they ran out of regular patties, they should have let the customer know as well as discounted the price as the buddy burger patties are basically half the size. With that being said this location is generally great and the only complaint I had to date. I will be back.
