It was so busy we knew we'd have to wait, and the staff was great despite thr long line ups. However we waited 35 min for 3 teen burgers, when we got them they were cold and thrown together. They were sloppy and falling apart we couldn't even eat them. Didn't want to wait another 30 min, so we just kept going on our travels.
I appreciate a chain which is franchisee-owned!
I also appreciate A&W being one of the only restaurants on which I can rely to get food that I can safely eat, having multiple food sensitivities such as gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance, a corn allergy, etc. They have the only veggie burger that I can safely eat, and offer a lettuce wrap as a good alternative to a bun.

Hit and miss. Sometimes it's great other times it's like a dare to see if you can eat that much salt on an item. When brought to their attention at counter they wermre super 👌 awesome
Vegetarian options: Beyond burger is good, but as stated above, sometimes VERY salty even when asking that it not be
