That's my experience. Yours might be different. The location is ok, in a weird location, there is free parking but it's not marked. Layout and decorations need improvement. Products are offered internationally with limited ingredient explanations. Prices are ok. Taste doesn't reflect the product's name. I love the whole vibe of the place. The colours, the graphics on the wall. I've had Bubble Tea, Milkshakes and cappucino there. They were all good. You have to try it if you have never been there!

Staff were friendly. Dog was awesome! Drinks were not good. Not what we expected. Maybe guy was new? Seemed confused when we ordered from the menu. We couldn't get pass one sip ?
If you have never had bubble tea before you may enjoy it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Long ramp that zigzag. Unfortunately a car blocked the bottom and my son could not access it

I left a review a year ago as to have high quality bubble tea. I noticed recently after I went to get boba that the quality lowered. Barely any pearls and more milk than thai flavour. The owners did a better job than the newer employees. I also did find a eyelash or eyebrow hair in one of my drinks.😅
