Very disappointed with the food at Boston Pizza, Bridgewater on June 21/25. Our waitress was sweet, but don’t remember her name. We got our drinks I. A timely fashion, but waited another 40 mins for our meals. I know that a lot items are pre-made & re-heated so having to wait that long was rediculous. Our food was also cold, which makes me think our order was ready sooner but not brought out on time. My French fries were cold & my mother was not offered Parmesan cheese for her pasta. She didn’t receive a spoon with the dish either. We had to ask. The food was just mediocre which for the price was sad. I realize BP is not La Casetta but still. Food should be hot, favourable & served in a timely manner. It was 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon not 6:00.

I'm updating a review i made several years ago it wasn't a great review as the service lacked horribly, I suspect it's taken on new ownership since.
We arrived about 5 pm (party of 4) and we're seated right away...the place was extremely busy with many tables having up to 12 .
We waited a bit before our drinks came and then put in our mains after a long wait we were offed something to eat while we waited( so nice ) the kids were very hungry.
after our food finally arrived about 1.5 hours after we sat down the waiter told us our bill was taken care of by management.
we appreciated it and because of great customer service we will return!

A power outage had us redirect a multi-generational family meal to Boston Pizza in Bridgewater on a Saturday night. We were extremely fortunate to have Alex as our server, and he made the time that we shared together very enjoyable. Great food, loved the recommendations that Alex gave me for my order. Very attentive, friendly. Made our evening special. Highly recommend!

I really wish my boyfriend would actually leave a tip! But, Aydan and Alex are kind and amazing. 💗 The service is phenomenal when they’re working and there’s never a dull moment without them. They’re seriously the greatest employees there! 11/10.
