I am a pure vegetarian and i ordered meditarian pizza and there was a some parts of meat in eat and we ate one slice and then we saw it and it’s strictly not allowed in our religious still the boston employees just told us sorry for that even they did not give us discount for that no complementary treat they just normally changed the pizza thats it . It was so unprofessional. I am so unsatisfied with the service

First time coming to the Bridgewater bp and it was amazing. Our waiter Steve was very knowledgeable and friendly and very personable. Quickly told us the soup of the day and mentioned menu options. On top of that he was the first waiter to ever tell me I can split and pizza in half and do two kinds on one pizza. Overall a great experience.

Our dining experience at Boston Pizza was exceptional, largely thanks to our wonderful server, Alex. From the moment we were seated, Alex provided attentive and friendly service, making sure our orders were taken promptly and accurately. Throughout our meal, Alex checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, and he did so with a genuine warmth and professionalism that elevated our dining experience. We left Boston Pizza feeling completely satisfied not only with the delicious food but also with the outstanding service provided by Alex. This is the 2nd visit to Boston Pizza Bridgewater and again the front house service is slower than molasses running in January. Feel sorry for the one staff member who is host, server and probably cooking in the back while another person ( not sure what role) stands in the kitchen entrance joking with kitchen staff. Pretty unprofessional when patrons are waiting for service and meals .
Will not be a 3rd return to eat here other establishments who appreciate customers will get our business.
