I went for an Ice Cream birthday cake. I asked for some decoration and it was perfect. The cake was great. I didn't pay much attention to the atmosphere.

The crispy chicken burgers were dry and overcooked. We asked for 2 combos and an extra order of onion rings and we got 2 burgers onion rings and one fries.

Came to this location a couple of weeks ago while in a pinch for a quick bite to eat. The burgers were much better than I had in the past.
Fast forward to today during noon lunch, the manager argues with me about a combo for the 2 for $8 special (doesn't come as a combo, but usually if someone says combo you would just ring in a fry and a drink) instead the assistant manager order taker (who thinks I'm her 'honey' or 'sweetheart' - which I hate being called btw) is confusing the hell out of me by offering all these different fry and drink prices. At the end of it all, the fries were cold, the burgers were cold, overloaded with mustard and ketchup and no other condiments. I had to go back to the counter to ask for pickles, only to be served a sauce cup full of ICE COLD PICKLES to add to my already cold burger. How unsatisfying. Focus on the food and service, and less on being my friend. I'm here for food, not a hug.

The last three times we came for blizzards they were out of flavours, no cookie dough, no brownie, no no no… the management needs to learn how to stock inventory.

Looking tired although clean. Booths tattered. Ice cream dishes had too much topping and not enough ice cream. Was looking forward to an old familiar treat.

Burgers are actually better now then they were at DQ when I was a child. They have a better menu now, more options, and something for everyone with differring tates to choose from.Staff were friendly and efficient and we went uring their rush hour noon time service.

They all need to wear hairnets. Food was hot and ok. $39 for 2 meals is expensive. Won't go here again.

Customers waited at the counter no staff was in the front of the store but staff could be heard laughing and carrying on. It might be advisable for them to have a staff be at the counter.
