This is the third time this has happened to me. I always order the Spicy McVeggie, but they keep giving me the regular one. When you're working, you can’t just go back and get it replaced. It’s really disappointing to pay extra and still receive the wrong order every time.

Other than the coffee being the BEST, The Food is like any other fast food, nothing special. Service has become very difficult with the break down in communication/language barrier. Atmosphere is busy and steady. We'll always go there for coffee.

Customer service is absolutely horrible.All the staff there are extremely rude.When I asked for a manager to complain about the staff's behavior the manager was then rude to me as well.When I asked for the fries that I had paid for they tried to give me fries out of another person's bag when I asked for fresh fries instead of somebody else's food, they'd said, no.Sir, these are fresh fries there.You go and I refuse them and then they gave me attitude on top of that.Avoid this mcdonald's at all costs.They are terrible people here

Says 24 hours. Get there at 5:00 a.m. and they're not open. I call they say they're open at 5:00 a.m. It's after 5:00 a.m. and still not open. I call back and said aren't you supposed to be open at 5:00 and they said they won't be opening until their tills are updated... Everything is going to hell in a handbasket lately. You guys want to make more money but you can't even be open on time. Plus you can't even get a person's orders right half the time.. smh

Today, on the morning of September 22, I called the McDonald's in Bridgewater and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who answered the phone responded to my inquiry in a very rude and unprofessional manner. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and it negatively affected my entire day. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future.

How about we worry less about your drive thru timer and more about flooding your parking lot just to make yourself look good. Parking lot was dangerous after just pushing people through the drive thru
