Out of 10 tea 7 they donot put sugar. While making order customer service representative talking to other and forgot to put sugar most of time. Service is in negative and just talking and talking with other working team. No option while working in Walmart have to go here for

Only one person ahead of me, already ordered and waiting. I stand at the counter waiting to order. After about 3 minutes I'm acknowledged with, "I'll be with you shortly". Ok.... In the meantime, people are ordering from the kiosks. I'm now into 10 mins waiting. She gives the 1st lady her order and instead of coming and taking my order, she proceeds to fill the orders of those who ordered after me, from the kiosk. I left. Totally lousy service and the cooks looked like they'd been wearing the same uniform for a week while sleeping in them between shifts. Gross.
It was quick, but we ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a cheeseburger with only ketchup, and the bacon double cheeseburger had no bacon and the only ketchup burger had 2 pattys, onions, pickle and mustard. Staff is freindly though.

At around 440 Aug 16 I heard a manager talking bad about a family that comes in on a regular infront of a line of guests, very unprofessional saying she hates dealing with her because she gets anxiety from them. Sits and talks about customers and is a manager.

Went in 8:15 this morning, and waited at the counter for several minutes while staff slowly cleaned coffee containers in front of me. Staff ignored me, so I left and spent money at their competition.
