We arrived to thePizza Delight in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia on the 25th of February at roughly 11:30 am.We were taking right to our seat, we ordered something light and quick. We sat there waiting for our meal and drank our water, 12:30 we still didn’t have any food.My husband and I got up and walked out starving and totally disappointed.😔

We waited 45min for our meal after we ordered and when it finally arrived it was missing the sauce on the side. Didn't bother asking for it because I figured I'd have my meal gone before it came. But I was definitely charged for it

Had an awful experience this evening at Pizza Delight. We were a party of 13 which included 3 children. The children's meals came out within 30 minutes of being there, after another 30 minutes the adult starters came out (salad, garlic finger and spinach dip) by the time the kids were done their meals and we were done our appetizers, it was another 45 minute wait for our food. My sub was cold, my salad was way watered down dressing wise, my step sons garlic fingers had no bacon as requested, my other step sons panzerotti fell apart in pieces and all the stuffings were in one ball in the middle. I had go searching for our waitress twice because we had brought a cake in for my husband's birthday and it wasn't brought out (which we even offered to serve ourselves) and then search again to get the kids deserts since after almost 2 hours, 1.5 hours since they were done their meals & they were starting to get antsy (3 year old twins) There may have been 4 other tables with customers at. We then had to go searching for our waitress again to get our bills.
We order here often. This is not the first time we was told 40 mins for our order then to be told its just going in oven so 10 more mins. Then after that additional 10mins is done told another 10 mins and takes an additional 10 on top that!! Should not take over a hour for one item and why keep saying its just in oven when clearly its not. Pathetic.
