Had a great experience with Pizza Hut in Bridgewater. We placed an order and there was a small mistake, but the team handled it extremely well and truly went above and beyond to make things right. Customer service like that goes a long way and it was very much appreciated.
The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how they’re handled matters most and this location nailed it.
100% would recommend and will definitely be ordering again.

My friends and I ordered pizza tonight, my boyfriend and I made an order online. When my other friends went to call there was some moments where it was difficult to understand each other because of accents from both ends of the phone. The man taking the order asked for their phone number, my friend replied “yes but it’s not a Canadian number” just to warn him. He said nothing then hung up the phone. I phoned for my friends and I explained what just happened and had finished the order through communicating through me. I placed that order under my friends name, not mine. When we arrived to the store to pick up our pizza he instantly set up the debit machine to pay my order so I did. He came back with my friends pizza and I told him that it was for my friend. And then showed me my receipt telling me this was needing to be payed. I explained the situation, and he just showed me the receipt I needed to pay with no further conversation. When we got back there was a black hair in his pizza. Not impressed.

I can’t believe you air that disgusting commercial of two guys licking a phone. It is totally gross and off putting. I don’t think I will ever eat your products again. If the hygiene depicted is representative of your restaurants you shouldn’t be in the food services business at all.
