Called to place an order and was put on hold immediately after he answered, which he spoke so fast and jumbled that I didn’t even understand what he said. Held for 6 min, finally hung up. Called back and started telling this same guy that I was just holding and he never acknowledged me, he just put me back on hold. Worst service just trying to place an order. First and last time calling Pizza Hut.

I would not order from campbellford ontario ever again, I ordered mac and cheese and it wasn't even half full. the noodles and cheese didn't even cover the bottom of the tray, my girlfriend has ordered it many times and it's always come to the top of the tray it comes in. I called and explained this and was told sorry it will be better next time... I said excuse me? you're not going to do anything about it? they said no and that if I wanted a refund I would have to come into the store. so I walked across town to return it and they fought with me for over 10 minutes telling me that the pizza is fine and I can only return the mac and cheese, when I finally got my refund and said I would not be returning I was responded with thats ok we have other customers from the blonde lady working the cash.

I ordered pizza online and it wasn't quite ready when I arrived to pick it up. The staff had at least 15 orders on the go and were working extremely fast and efficiently to get them all prepared as fast as possible. They were very pleasant and continued to smile through the rush and even apologised for the short wait. I had a delicious large Canadian hand crafted pizza for a great price.

Woke up and went to get pizza from the previous night to find a METAL BOLT melted into the cheese onto of the pizza.
Why would you send out food with clearly seen metal on it?!?!
