It would be really nice to see better quality and more healthful items on the menu. Most of what is on offer would fall into the opposing category. It, definitely, can't compare to what I can prepare for my family at home at a significantly lower cost. Also, I have to comment of the staff's habits. We saw several staff members standing at the bar which is in the public area, picking cutlery out of the dishwasher holder by their tines, blades and bowls with their BARE hands, without gloves! Aside from this, while customers were still at their tables, a staff person was swapping the floors around us using a strong disinfectant or de-greasing chemical cleaner which drove us out and gave me a painful rash on the roof of my mouth. What does head office say about this sort of thing, I wonder?

went there today. was 5 of us, 3 generations and the food was delicious. all of us agreed. Our waitress was exceptionable, very attentive. couldnt have asked for better service. from apps to dessert we had the best time there and will be back.

Ordered Deluxe Family Pak for $44.99+tax. 4 good sized pieces of chicken. 4 sides. Loaded baked potato was yummy. 4 yummy spring rolls. Biscuits too hard to eat. Great value. Hubby and I had for 2 meals. Could feed 2 adults and up to 4 young ones.

The Floor tiles in this restaurant are very dangerous. So slippery. I was so afraid for myself and my mom as well as every single person that walked in there. Maybe they'll consider changing them when someone gets seriously injured... Till then, good luck everyone as you try to find enough stable things to hold onto as you make your way to your table
Wow Swiss Chalet has gone so far down since the last time I ate there…however the price has gone way up. A 1/4 chicken dinner is now so small, they just load up on fries so it looks like more. The buns are not fresh like there were a couple years ago. I definitely won’t be going back anytime soon

Was looking forward to this food. We had take out. The fries was old and hard. The chicken was overdone. Been awhile since we hv been there. Had 4 2 can dines with my spouse, mother and nanny. They was all the same. Not impressed.
