I generally like it here, and generally recommend it. It's usually very quiet and the food is usually good. Just don't order the potato skins (as of January 2026) unless they improve them. I received a basket of potato peels with a VERY light smattering of toppings. I recommend this menu item be improved before anyone else orders it.

We were exhausted after a long day and didn't feel like cooking. So we went to the Public House and had an absolutely fabulous meal with incredible service from Michaela! Our previous experiences at PH had been only 'so-so', but we'll be going back!

We visited on a very busy Sunday when many of the local pubs are closed. There was also a LOT happening g in town that week, so the servers were overworked and a little stressed. We ordered beers and beef nachos and we were very pleased with what we received.
