Yesterday at 4:05 p.m., I was at Tim Hortons and waited to order a drink because I couldn’t find any staff at the counter. After a while, a female staff member came out, but she was very unfriendly and looked visibly angry. She didn’t even respond to my greeting. Her expression was unpleasant, and the service was truly terrible. I will never go to this location again. Please make sure to provide proper training for your staff. I felt upset for the rest of the day after visiting this location.

If I could have given less than a 0 I could have. This is so annoying I came in my break and especially asked for fresh food and I double confirmed with the order taker and she said okay but when I got my order it was so try no sauce on my habenaro bowl and they only gave me 1 tea when I asked for 2 and veggies were dry. And when I talked to her and said that my food is dry and could u please get me fresh order I didn't asked for refund she TOLD ME THIS IS HOW WE SERVE HERE. SO HERE IS YOUR SAUCE. IM VERY SAD AND DISPPOINTED QITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE I WASTED MY MONEY AND BREAK. I hope this issue will be solved if nit they should close the store or talk to those ladies of you can't give food atleast knows how to talk.

Service was fast but they are charging extra for powdered Timbits. Been going to Timmie's for over 30 years never been charged extra for powdered Timbits in my 20 packs

So I ordered a bacon egg croissant sandwich and the lady hand over a cold sandwich which wasn't even warp right and half of drop on the floor I didn't have time to even asked for a new one cause I was on my lunch break .
I MacIsaac has an LMIA approval. Thats why no local employees.
Its nouveau slavery. If you are a citizen you stand very little chance getting a job here. Just a revolving door of Punjabis and Gujuratis scamming for Permanent Residency.

Great shop that has very tasty donata. It's getting a bit old, which didn't strengthen me too much. The service was friendly and I got what I wanted. Parking spaces are available free of charge.

One of the service crew members is bad. The Indian girl at the counter was rude to me and my husband. The other Indian girl crew said sorry for the other girl. She was nice compared to the other girl. So disappointing. I wouldn't give even 1 star.
