The worst service!! They don't smile and couldn't be anymore sour towards waiting on a customer!! I didn't get my toasted begal and waited and no one would pay any attention. Horrible and I stopped going there at all but decided to give it another try. Never ever again. MacDonalds staff is awesome so I'll give my money to them any day!! Never will I give Tim Hortons a dime!!

For the most part, I do like Tim Hortons. But I’ve been meaning to do this review. On a few occasions, I had gone on and order a pepperoni pizza. However, it comes with dressing of your choice. I usually get the ranch which I always ask for when I get a pepperoni pizza. There are a few occasions where I wasn’t given my ranch dressing the first time I left to go, but the second time I went up to the counter to ask and explain that I had ordered and bought a ranch dressing . One other occasion that I had been in there, I usually order a peach quencher with my pizza and when I got my order back, I went over and I was about to drink my peach quencher, and there was a fly in it. Another day that I was there, I had a male take my order and I wasn’t finished telling him what I wanted and he was cutting me off saying are you done yet or in some other way dismissing me, which I didn’t appreciate. Sometimes too when I come into Tim Hortons to have a lunch break, I go to the washroom and the washrooms are a bit filthy too with the female bathroom.

Absolutely awesome and super friendly personnel. Quick and all the time a great customer service provided. Bathrooms are very clean. My favorite Tim Hortons in Nova Scotia.

I asked my son to pick up small French Vanilla the staff said did not know what he was talking about. He asked again she gave him something and charged him 3.89 for small beverage. He brought home and I do not know what it was tasted like hot milk terrible. I called and spoke to very nice gentleman he said come in and will give you correct drink. I told him not possible as ill, I asked him to have manager call me and more than 24 hours and nothing. I just think if you are going to be working in drive thru that they are familiar with menu. Will not be visiting this location again.

Where do i start... Coffee is advertised as always 20 min fresh yet is always burnt and old (led lights on coffee machines are always red pot has expired)
I order dark roast and am told they will not be making a new pot for one person.. or you order a dark roast, and the coffee is old because the pot has 7am on it, but it's now 3 pm,
You give them 3 dollars for an extra large coffee, and they keep your change because they feel as though they deserve a tip.
The washrooms are always dirty. Tonight for instance, I went in to use the washroom and witnessed the worker coming out of the restroom, go behind the counter and proceed take customers money and get her donuts without changing her sandwich gloves or washing her hands.
Earlier in the day, I went into order a wrap but witnessed the stainless steel inserts with the vegetables and turkey sitting out on the counter along with the crispy chicken, not in the refrigerated cabinet or chicken in the warmer so I decided against getting a wrap.
Got an old coffee instead, which was poured out in the parking lot (regular occurrence). I went back in 2 hours later, and the inserts were still on the counter, which made me livid.
I've called corporate several times about coffee quality, cleanliness, and beyond poor customer service and get an apology like I'm going to get from writing this review, but nothing has or will be done about it.
They are going to kill somebody. This is why before I started writing this review, I went ahead and filed complaints with the Provincial Health Inspector, Department of Health, Department of Labor, and the Better Business Bureau.
Now, let's see how serious the franchise owner and Tim Hortons Corporate take the complaints. I've tried to be reasonable as i have been in the restaurant industry for over twenty years, and food and beverage safety should be first priority, but it's clearly not. Furthermore, all Tim's locations in Bridgewater are closed at 6 pm in Bridgewater November, 17th stating holiday celebrations.. .What Holliday celebrations?! It's not a Holliday! Motored to Mahone Bay Tim's and the staff there were flustered as to why the Bridgewater locations would be closed, considering the town is very busy tonight. Tim's really needs to get new employees who care about customer service and quality. As if this keeps up, they won't have any customers left. The negative reviews are starting to surpass the positive experiences.

Just wanted to give a kudos and a review for my first flatbread pizza I ever had here. It was delicious and filling. A very sweet young lady named Babanpreet did a great job. It was ready in a couple minutes, she gave me great service! (as I’ve seen her do for everyone). I now have to try the other flavours….Thanks again!

Just went through drive thru, pulled up lady had her back turned the entire time struggling to hand things out the window as her back was still turned while laughing with her coworkers. Absolutely no interaction was made she literally didn’t even look at me just too worried about what was going on with her coworkers. Which is fine but time and place for that not when the drive through is lined out and it’s taking even longer because she is literally not looking at what she is doing. I went there at least once or twice a day everyday for about 15 years I won’t be back because this is the normal when going there now as this is far from the first time for this and I can go to McDonalds and at least be acknowledged. Pretty pathetic to what it use to be.

No one came to help me when I approached the counter. There were 2 payment terminals open, and I waited at the one that a customer was just served at. No one helped me, though I was clearly ready to order. Another customer walked in, approached the other terminal, and was helped before me. The clerk went to walk away, so I had to approach the other terminal. I asked if both cash registers were open...as both showed in service... and was told I was correct. Both terminals were ready. I explained that I was confused because the other customer got help b4 me, though I was obviously at the other counter prepared to order. I did get a blah apology. When I got home, I found they didn't give me what I asked for. They swapped a donut flavor without me seeing. (I did not speak to them rudely. I was truly confused. I never go to Tim's, and it was unclear). Disappointing
