First time in years at this location. We pass it every day going for McCafe. The renos are very nice (good job)! The food selection has improved somewhat, good to see more selection! ...but the coffee is so bitter! The language/accent barriers and loud chatter are not good here and very little English spoken behind the counter while people are being waited on. That is confusing and somewhat disturbing for some. Practicing good customer service in the local language would be beneficial while serving the public.

Really disappointed today. Ordered a regular coffee, a jalapeño bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, and a four-cheese bagel — ended up getting plain white bagels and a half-full medium coffee. Was running late for work, so couldn’t go back. Not a big or complicated order, but it’s frustrating to pay for something and not get it.

Be nice if they could make it a rule for workers not to wear perfume. The worker smelled badly of it. I can smell it on my cup everytime I try n take a drink. It gives me a headache. N some ppl have allergies

It’s the second time this happened to me.. So i ordered a Medium iced coffee with espresso foam and here’s the picture of what i got , the espresso foam isn’t made properly they didn’t even shake it properly before pouring on my coffee and instead of cane syrup my coffee tasted like caramel . It’s the same girl who makes faces on me last time too … Like seriously, you work in customer service at least put a little smile on your face but no it’s my second experience with her and it’s even more worse… Last time the other lady told me that she’s new they will train her how to behave but there is no improvement..! Me myself works in customer service but i never did that to my customers..!!

Staff doesn’t have any sense how to talk with customers how to treat them.
I was standing there repeated my order couple times but cashier wasn’t able to understand what i was saying . I think they should improve their listening skills and have some etiquettes even the manager was their but it seems like he don’t care whats going on with customers.

Wile the staff are usually great the property owner or location owner or whatever he is needs to learn how to tell people to mind their own damn business I mind mine but for some reason people have been complaining about my mere existence I've been a customer here for almost 15 years on a good month I usually buy 2 to 3 coffees a day that's quite allot but the owner told me I can no longer sit where I always sit when I'm here outside enjoying the sun using wifi usually drinking my coffee but I guess some people don't understand and don't appreciate the small things that's why they want to ruin what time I spend here

This location on Dominion St in Bridgewater is always busy. On my recent visit to Bridgewater I ordered from my app after arriving in the parking lot. I really like their layout and display inside. It made it extremely easy to know where to pickup my order. Nice display showing my name and order number, and that it was still being prepared.

Had 2 orders, 3 breakfast sandwiches total and was told everything was in the bag, we are missing a breakfast sandwich and can't go back because we are otw to flag. Pay more attention or close your store.

We ordered crispy cilantro bowl…there is no enough veggies,rice,sauce and the rice is also very dry no good service at all every time no timbits especially bd cake. Totally dissatisfied when charging extra money they should know also know to put extra sauce…. No good staff….
