Slow service warm coffee and dirty

It's a worst place to go and have a coffee service is too bad they first didn't take my order of wrap & then when I ordered my coffee and one of the working girl just throw the coffee on a table and went away didn't even let me know that it's my coffee then the cashier guy told me

Ordered coffee on our way to Halifax,but got the wrong order.We only had milk on our cups!!!!Just frustrating because we're on the road by the time we saw it,no time for returns and no coffee along the way too.

Very slow service and at 4:30pm they was out of food products like soup, chilli waited well over 10 minutes for two sandwiches to be made( a hot sandwich was sold cold ). Oh and this was the tomato I guess they thought would be acceptable and taste good I guess.

Manager at this location is a racist . Store is disgustingly dirty . Rude customer service. No English being spoken behind the counter.This buisness is being run based on the almighty dollar and the owners do nothing for their community. Staff are degrading and insulting customers from behind the counter . Owners should understand that some of us understand what's being said even though it's not English. Won't be spending another cent at this location. Staff are allowed to act this way towards customers because the manager is a racist himself. Most of the staff have body odor and should consider deodorant. Also there is discrimination at this location. Just a toxic environment. I thought canada was a multi cultural country yet at this location there are zero white people on staff . Seems pretty racist to me

Had the worst experience here, the staff is literally so loud and lazy , tables are filed with garbage, Never expected this from tim Location, felt so bad going there, Being myself an Indian I was able to understand their conversation which was very disturbing. The owner needs to look into this matter and warn the staff on an urgent basis. The staff is leaving no stone unturned to make job hunting tough for people like us by showing their worst behaviour at workplace.

I don’t normally leave reviews (everyone can have bad days and food service workers have a lot to deal with, I hate to make things worse). However, I’m … concerned?I ordered a grilled chicken bowl and informed them it was because I’m allergic to the bread found in other bowls. I then watched the same employee making it wear the same disposable plastic gloves for multiple different orders (including bread). Never changed them, crumbs everywhere. I wouldn’t have said anything even then, but she then touched/used the cash register with the exact same gloves on before continuing to handle food. Just … touched everything. Gloves were useless. There’s acceptable risk of cross contamination and then there’s, well, direct contamination.If you have any food allergies and/or compromised immune system, I would try another Tim Horton’s nearby. Even if what you’re ordering doesn’t have your allergy in it, not changing gloves between tasks/orders means it’s accidental inclusion isn’t unlikely. I’ve sometimes gotten a bit sick when ordering here via Drive-Thru and brushed it off when I shouldn’t have.I’m sure this employee had her reasons, I’m not writing this as an accusation. I won’t name her. But I hope food safety will manage to improve over time. Best wishes.Dietary restrictions: Gluten/bread. Celiac disease.

I am a regular customer to this store. I used to buy after 2-3 AM after my shift last one year in drive through window as walkin. But past one month they are not serving coffee 2-3AM. Last tow days before I have visited store in day time to clarify those things, during that time a supervisor Guy and girl apologized to me those things happened and they replied that we will serve you in drive through window after 2AM. Today and day before yesterday I went to clarify in evening with the girls lean girl who refused to serve coffee in drive through, she replied that I didn’t got updates, if you want, you can come and clarify by 4am in the morning with my Manager.I have just replied, that not my duty,you should need to have discussion with your team. The same girl refused to serve me again. If your team not resolving this issue, I will escalate a mail to TIM
