I went to this timmies this evening around 9 to get my regular coffee and food. Customer service was terrible especially because of the supervisor girl on the shift treating her team member. She was so rude and yelling at him with no point when he asked for help. These are not the work ethics. When I asked them what's going on, she told me to mind my own business and I felt so bad about it. This is what’s going in Bridgewater, I am living here quite long, I haven’t expected this at all. It's been more than 7 years, I am visiting this store; I never saw anybody like that. Everybody in this store is so nice and warm. Also, she used the same gloves to make my food that she was using for cleaning. I am so disappointed and do not think I could visit there again.

I have an ongoing issue with items made wrong or given the wrong item. Don’t go there if you have food allergies, even if you try to confirm you will be lied too. Frustrating because I love coffee but it isn’t worth the stress and wait

Owners are aware of the fall off the earth crater by their order speaker and obviously choose to do nothing about it. Disgraceful lack of respect for your paying customers, these owners are disgusting.

Drive through is atrocious, holes large enough to damage a vehicle, drive through is constantly slow. Please fix the pavement in the drive through before it damages a vehicle and your store becomes responsible for the bill

Disclaimer: you might need a 4X4 truck with a lift kit if you want to venture through the drive thru
