I went in the drive thru the other night after work for simply a donut and a drink. I waited there for like 3 minutes until the worker says give me a second…….. I later asked if they had any doughnuts right now and she goes yep and I got my stuff. I get to the window and she goes “no doughnuts” so I got a muffin she gives me the card reader and I put up my points for scan and pay. She slams the card reader down and goes to get my muffin then scans my points and doesn’t even say a word after that and slammed the window down. If you hate your job leave!

Two days in a row now we came for coffee. Tonight was worse then last night... washroom was dirty. As I got my order I notices that the floor behind the counter was filthy by the drive through window, I also noticed tables being dirty with cups and litter as well.

What is disappointment! One piece of lettuce and a couple squares of tomato and cucumber in the NOT SO loaded bowl… and where are the crispy onions? Manager/owner should be ashamed for ripping off the community like this!SUBWAY’s new bowls are far better and way better value than this 4 bite joke of a bowl!
Whenever i visit at tim hortons i have wonderful experience i never disappoint even all staff members treat very well.
Horrible service, I ordered a rice bowl and I always ask for grilled chicken yet more than not I’ll have crispy chicken which I can’t eat. This last time I got a rice bowl from this location I was very disappointed, they portioned my meal as if I was a child, I had more lettuce then rice in my RICE BOWL.
Dietary restrictions: I also have celiac disease and I don’t appreciate being slipped crispy chicken in my food when I ask for grilled
Just ordered a roast beef sandwich (Oct 6, 2:15 pm) and a coffee to take advantage of the offer on my Timmie's app. Instead, got a roast beef craveable so didn't get the offer. Also girl at the counter, besides not listening, is rude and unpleasant. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be working here!!

I don't know what is wrong with Tim Hortons system, but you are considered second class when you pre order with the app. I do this for 2 reasons. It's easier because the point and the payment is done all at once and second I'm usually in a rush ( my own issues) . I ordered tea when I left work and when I arrived to pick it up I had to flag down a worker to make the order. 3 more people were served at the counter after I arrived. And while I was there the owner showed up. I also motioned for his attention an explained the issue..... he asked if my data was on.... LMAS....If you want good consistent mobile orders service, go up on the hill . That Tim's treats you right.

Lovely staff and lovely menu items, don't know what Lena is on.
Tim Horton's is beloved but this location is hard to love.It is a small and very busy shop, where one often feels rushed and confined. I just need my coffee, Tim Bits and no hassle.
Not good, under staffed and not aware when customers are waiting too long

Not only did they have literally no food at 3:30pm, they had no turkey which was the only reason we went. The worker took so long making 2 bagels that once I got them they were both already cold. The worker also was rude as hell and when I said thank you for my bagels she ignored me and walked away. This was the first time I've ever gone here and it's definitely my last. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
