Food was good, service was brief and unfriendly but low-key I kinda prefer it that way, but it was very unclean- it felt like every time I was touching a surface it was sticky or grimy or had some sort of substance in it that did not make for a super pleasurable dining experience, but overall acceptable.

Used to be forced to go here late because it was the only thing open. Went in last night and got served completely cold food and staff was furious when I asked for hot food.

Very slow service. A costumer returned a burger it was put back on the line until someone complained. I ordered a small chili the bowl had less than a ninth of chilli in it. If the staff moved any slower I would think they were turtles.

Went for a frosty ,the only one available was chocolate, waited 15 minutes for it, it was my first time at wendys in 25 years, and the last.

Lovely fellow waited on Wendy and Dad on July 18/25. He was personable and funny. He seemed very customer engaged within the eat-in area of the restaurant as well. I thought he provided a bit of an upgrade over the typical fast food joint interactions.

Ordered 2 jr hamburgers and received jr cheese burgers, when I took them back in I was speaking with a worker about it and he was dealing with it when another female worker rudely interrupted and would not listen to what needed to be corrected. Needless to say when I received the replacement burgers they were still made incorrectly but I did not have the time to go back again. Workers need to pay attention and listen better so they get orders correct.
