Lovely fellow waited on Wendy and Dad on July 18/25. He was personable and funny. He seemed very customer engaged within the eat-in area of the restaurant as well. I thought he provided a bit of an upgrade over the typical fast food joint interactions.

Food was great and the young man at cash was very polite. But the the lady with the glasses and blue shirt (im guess the manager) was obnoxious to all the employees trying there best at dinner rush.

Ordered 2 jr hamburgers and received jr cheese burgers, when I took them back in I was speaking with a worker about it and he was dealing with it when another female worker rudely interrupted and would not listen to what needed to be corrected. Needless to say when I received the replacement burgers they were still made incorrectly but I did not have the time to go back again. Workers need to pay attention and listen better so they get orders correct.

I ordered a BaconatorJr combo and was told I couldn’t get a combo with that, I’d have to get everything separately. Fine, so ordered that for my grandson and a chicken Caesar salad for myself to go. Got home. No baconator jr. Instead just a single burger no bacon. So I paid separately for a combo I didn’t want. The salad was pretty good after I picked out the wilted and black lettuce. If you’re going to pay what they want these days, they could at least put a little effort into getting the order right with decent ingredients.

FIRE THE MANAGER... (Sorry, I'm a little angry about this). Anyway I used to love this Wendy's but the last time I went inside a couple weeks ago, the place was filthy, with random garbage on half the tables, but the worst was the freakin CLOUD of flies I saw when I looked up while waiting to order. The odd fly or two is perfectly normal at any restaurant, but when there's hundreds, it's because management doesn't care enough to dispose of waste properly or clean up properly, so you KNOW they're landing on filth, compost, feces, etc, then landing on your food and contaminating it, also with their habit of puking up digestive enzymes all over anything they want to eat, not to mention laying eggs. Absolutely disgusting. Between this and the other horror stories on here, THE NEGLIGENT MANAGER HAS GOT TO GO. Just disgusting..............
