We stopped in for breakfast and we were not disappointed. Great food and service. Plus, the bakery being there as well with so many delicious treats on sale. Highly recommended.

The place looks rundown, the dinning area has more of a feeling of a church basement than a restaurant/ bakery. I ordered a simple pancake breakfast. The surly cashier (you pay before you sit down) took my order, to my surprise you have to ask for coffee ($2.75 extra). Fair enough that it’s extra but she didn’t volunteer that information. The meal arrived, the coffee was sour (my opinion). The three pancakes were undercooked thus gummy. However, the ham was excellent (homemade).

Always excellent food here. Services are great and you MUST try the bakery that is attached. The best breads, cookies, croissants and ya gotta try their apple fritters. Only on Thursday and Saturday. They’re decadent!!! Many people drop by on their way past. Honestly I recommend trying. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Beautiful breakfast of eggs, bacon, home fries, homemade jam on fresh bread. Order at counter, pay first. (I really don't like that). Food brought out in a timely manner but nobody came to make sure our order was okay or if we needed anything. No refills on coffee/tea. Prices were fine but atmosphere was like in somebody's house. Kids running in and out of kitchen, customers climbing over a dehumidifier to get out of their seat.

The breakfast was great, high qualityI had eggs Benedict, and my wife had a standard eggs, bacon, and homfriesEverything was cooked perfectly, the home fries were crispy, the jellies were amazingThe real gem here was the bakery, my wife and I got something the person at the register called a cruffin, which is essentially a croissant done up into a cinnabonThat cruffin is literally the best bakery item my wife and I have ever had. If I were you, reading this, I would go out of my way for one, my wife and I are presently debating if we should divert the 1 hour out of the way to get more on our trip back to the US.

For special occasions, I make the 82Km drive to the bakery for an apple pie. (You have to order a couple of days ahead.) While there, I also pick up some cinnamon pinwheels.
