Extremely friendly staff. Order was made perfectly, and quickly. While there I had to listen to a woman who seems very entitled, rant about how she's comes everyday and doesn't need her order repeated back to her. She came inside to yell at two different managers for this nonsense. I went inside to order, which was open. The car line was insane long, so they must be doing something right.

Always something wrong with the order. This is the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. I have literally never once got an order in the drive thru that was correct, of course most of the time discovering it after we are back on the highway.
I’m never coming back here. It’s ridiculous. This time I told the lady 3 times “med earl grey tea with two sugars” and I got it with 2 milk. Every time. I’m done.

Best place for Tim Hortons —drinks ,, food,, and service and I have been in many different Tim’s and nothing compares to Tim’s at Roops Esso in BrookfieldThank you to this hardworking TEAM —- sometimes I’m here more than once a day—-
Hours posted online are entirely wrong.Sometimes the drive through opens at 0530 sometimes it opens at 545 or 6.Inside service is never open.Every 2nd time I make an order some ingredient is missing. Bacon, or sauce typically.Staffs always been friendly to me. Seems to always be short staffed tho. Maybe try offering a better wage to get fully staffed and retain some employees. Then maybe the store could open at a consistent time.
