Always something wrong with the order. This is the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. I have literally never once got an order in the drive thru that was correct, of course most of the time discovering it after we are back on the highway.
I’m never coming back here. It’s ridiculous. This time I told the lady 3 times “med earl grey tea with two sugars” and I got it with 2 milk. Every time. I’m done.

Hours posted online are entirely wrong.Sometimes the drive through opens at 0530 sometimes it opens at 545 or 6.Inside service is never open.Every 2nd time I make an order some ingredient is missing. Bacon, or sauce typically.Staffs always been friendly to me. Seems to always be short staffed tho. Maybe try offering a better wage to get fully staffed and retain some employees. Then maybe the store could open at a consistent time.

Disappointing that it’s closed so often to walk-ins. Some of us still like it simple as counter service. Please bring it on.
Most of the time losing control plus they decrease the quality of points before you can get one free coffee a week now you can get one free coffee every 35 days most of the time scanner doesn't work a lot of excuses coffee doesn't taste good just they have service fast.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Dining room/ inside counter always closed. Each time I went there, always some excuse such as no hot food due to staff shortage, no debit/credit because machines are down, no Tim's app because machines are down, etc. Also the last two coffees I bought there were either not enough cream or sugar and burnt coffee. I do not recommend wasting your time or money at this place.
