The food was amazing My son and I had the bourbon bbq burger the burger was awesome. A friend of ours had the Salmon with mashed garlic potatoes. And to end it all off. With a fabulous cheese cake. My complements to the cook and to the baker for the cheese cake.

Beautiful view, fantastic food, and great service. The band added to the atmosphere to cap off a fun Friday night. However, it would have been appreciated to have been told about the $20 per head cover charge on top of everything. There was no mention of this cover charge so three entrees and two adult drinks and an ice tea that the kids had, for a family of 4 came to over $400. In hindsight, it wasn't worth that.

What a wonderful experience! We had dinner on a dark and rainy night and the delicious pasta was just the perfect comfort food. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff were so friendly and attentive. An extra bonus is the excellent cocktail and local wine menu, you can tell that they are going out of their way to use local products which is some thing I really appreciate. We can't wait to back in the summer and enjoy that spacious deck over looking Scots Bay!

One of the best places I have tried to eat out seafood. I only wish I could get that seafood pasta with soft scallops, shrimps and lobster, perfectly balanced taste of spices somewhere in Halifax downtown. Short menu not to get frustrated, lots of cakes which I couldn't try because of being full with a single dish. Nice stuff who treats you as their guests. Tamara helped us to choose the right dishes. The restaurant is closed for winter, so you better check before you go. I'm happy we discovered such a diamond just on our way back from 14km trail. The chef who works there has amazing taste, just exactly right. I'd love to go there again for some fire cooked specials. We dined outside but there are also lovely places inside, full of light, high ceiling and spacious. True love and grateful for such good quality experience!
