The worker grabbed a guys food when a man took it back no gloves just touched his food bare hands he bit into the burger took burger then went and touched others people food pretty gross 🤢 teach your staff to wear gloves when they take back food

Asked for a teen burger during breakfast time, after googling it and seeing it on their menu once I got there, that burgers can be bought any time of day. But the worker tells me that I cannot have any because the breakfast menu is on. Then she tells me that I have to come back at 11 when the lunch menu is on. I have to ask for a manager for my hamburger. Absolutely ruined my morning.

Usually the food is old which obviously isn't pleasant. Almost Every time I go its the same worker who seems to be bothered by the fact that we've come to order food. Not to mention, if they mess up they argue with you claiming that you're wrong. My mother and I made a trip there and they had stuffed one bag full with all three combos (we were taking it home to eat with my father) and my mother politely asked if they could have a second bag because they had over stuffed this one, and they made a huge fuss about it and ended up just handing us a delivery bag to put our food in ourselves. If you mess up an order just accept responsibility, apologize, and make it right, if you didn't then apologize and offer a solution, its a customer service job.

Recently, on December 5th to 2024, I visited Micmac Mall and ordered the Beyond Meat burger combo. However, upon receiving my order, I was only given the burger and a Pepsi. When I inquired about the missing fries, the staff informed me that I had only ordered a burger and Pepsi. Despite my clarification that I had ordered the combo, they persisted in insisting that I had only ordered a burger and Pepsi. Their behavior was unacceptable, particularly given that I had explicitly stated my order.
I am writing to inquire if A&W has a policy of engaging in arguments with their customers.

Worst double mozzarella I had ftom any A&w. Very dry & cold meat. Cold burger. Barely any dressing or veggies. Lucky you are in a mall otherwise not sure how much repeat business you would have. I certainly will never go back.

I ordered 5 burgers out of which 3 were Masala veggie burger. They gave me all 3 without onions and none of them had proper sauce applied. Worst experience and service. Never expected. Not visiting again.

I've always liked buying breakfast here. But looks like a male staff wasn't happy serving people. It was early, nobody else was around except for me. They saw me in line for a long time but didn't have the urgency to come out. So i thought it was still closed. When they came out I asked, are you open? He just said "yeah we're open". No greeting. No smile. But I ignored it. When i got my order, my hashbrown was on the tray. No napkin. When I went back to ask for napkin, they didn't come back out. I kinda miss the friendly greetings of locals.
