Restaurant is dirty. The toilet is filthy. All male staff have beards, yet no nets covering their beards. Dined in and got paper cups for drinks. Noticed pickles and onion has been reduced on burgers. DoorDash orders take priority over walk in customers. Been a regular weekend customers for over a year. Definitely time to move on

Parking: Parking is good but only 1 entrances shared with Tim Hortons, NSL, Shell. Got to keep your wits about you in the parking lot.

Actually, it’s not about food but the girl working there was rude and hurried as she didn’t really listened the order first and when i said it’s not the complete order and she was like you should have ordered in the speaker and giving expressions like she don’t want to serve.,, I don’t write reviews usually but this was really bad.

horrible customer service, after waiting 5 mins in line the girl opens the window and proceeds to say a price. no smile, no hello or greeting. I then ask to have a pop taken off and she rolls her eyes and says one second. for a $30 order....they can keep it! I do not recommend this place.

I'm very dissappointed from the service of A&W the girl working there Gurpreet is very rude.She took my order but she showed me attitude as i am talking very politely i don't like her attitude.
Please don't ruin customers expectation deal with kidness.

Very very disappointed in the pricing (two teenburgers and 3 orders of onion rings...$39.00!!! Declined the burgers, took the onion rings... Still expensive, and salty and nowhere near the quality one expects from a flagship item. Definitely lost a customer A&W!

If you're heading out from Dartmouth on a road trip, do you really want to be making breakfast. No. Go to a&w and grab a cheese n egger combo with hash brown and OJ and get as an extra cheese n egger and hit the road. They will ask you a skill testing question though. Bun or English muffin. The correct answer is English muffin. Don't trust anyone who willingly chooses bun.

Vegetarian options: Cheese n egger, pancakes if you're sitting down. After breakfast they got the beyond burger.

Kid-friendliness: Usually the children here are well behaved and seemed friendly enough.

Vegetarian options: My Wife and i done drive through i had veggie burger with mozzarella cheese and ask to hold mayo no problem and i enjoyed it with a small diet root beer i enjoyed the meal. My Wife had Onion Rings and a medium Diet Root Beer and she absolutely Loved those Onion Rings.

Parking: Parking at A&W and lots, we arrive at Lunch time and still lots of parking spaces

The people who work at the A&W in Burnside are wonderful. They go above and beyond and never feel rushed. The lady ( I assume she's a manager/ supervisor) is so wonderful and kind.
