Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza at 10:30 on a Sunday night. Took like an hour to get here , which honestly wouldn’t be a terrible thing if the pizza was more than slightly warm and tasted good. Keep in mind my house is probably a 5 minute drive from the pizza shop. Probably some of the worst pizza I’ve had in Dartmouth. And to respond to the owners response , yes I did order on the app. So obviously it does not ensure speed or getting a hot pizza. So if I call and order a pizza it also won’t be hot and fresh ? Nice try though.

I placed an order first time with Alexandra’s Pizza on Friday midnight and my experience was horrible. I don’t know about other locations but highfield park (Burnside) store, they gave me soggy fries. It looks like it has been made from so long and the pizza was undercooked. Moreover, very bad customer service. I’m also working at Pizza Hut but we cannot think about to give the old food to other customers.

We ordered 7 pizzas for a grad party tonight. All different plus 2 vegan . Ordering was easy and the guy was nice. All the pizzas were tasty and hot. They were enjoyed by everyone. The delivery driver was also very friendly. Thank you
