The bagel flavors are unique and plentiful though the small, thin bagels (compared to a true NY bagel) are lacking if you’re a NY style fan. Owner is super nice and place was busy so they definitely know what they’re doing. First time Montreal style and I’d try again.
They do have bagels that are close to Montreal bagels but not quite there. The bagels are good nevertheless, they no longer have Montreal style cheese bagels, now they have bagels baked with cheese, this was disappointing.
This place is awesome, top quality everything. Went there today, and I was trying to get a good picture of the amazing oven they have, and they noticed; so before you know it, they had me training to make bagels lol I love it
