I’m really sad and disappointed. I ordered a veggie burrito but received a chicken one instead. I’ve been a pure vegetarian and I also have sensitivities to certain non-veg foods. I took one bite before realizing it, and it made me feel both physically uneasy and emotionally upset. Please be extra careful when preparing and labeling orders — such mistakes can cause serious allergic or emotional distress to customers who rely on vegetarian meals.

This was the best burrito I have tried in Halifax, hands down. Such a polite staff and considerate employees. The taste was so much better than I expected. The staff was very humble. Loved the place. Would drive from Halifax just to come to this place

Went here with my boyfriend for some to eat.. and customer service was the worst I’ve seen in my life.. everyone’s attitude sucked .. my bf got 3 tacos and asked for two sauces and the guy straight up told him no he’s no allowed two sauces.. if I’m paying for our food I expect it to be made the way we asked for it .. never again will we be back ! If you plan on going don’t waste ur time ..

We ordered a large catering order for an event and BarBurrito was perfect! We ordered a build your own burrito bar and everything came in separate containers. We were able to order different kinds of toppings, protein, rice and sauces. Everyone could customize their own bowl and when ordering for a large group this was ideal. The ordering process was smooth and straight forward. I was able to contact Rob by phone and email and he was great at answering every question we had! He offered to deliver and add rice to our order which made a huge difference and kept our event running smoothly. A great lunch that kept everyone happy and gave us lots of options. Would definitely recommend for catering!

I ordered a pulled pork burrito, and to my surprise they sent it with tons of hot sauce to the point where it was inedible. Called and asked if they could offer a refund or a new burrito but they completely shut me down and ignored my requests. service was terrible they truly don’t care about their customers concerns. don’t recommend for anyone who wants a correct order
