I had the pulled pork burrito during my visit and ended up with food poisoning shortly afterward. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this place based on food safety concerns.

I went to BarBurrito around 7:15 PM on November 8 and ordered two falafel burritos. The staff were not welcoming at all and kept giving uncomfortable looks from the moment we entered. The girl at the counter took the order in a rude and unprofessional manner. When I mentioned toppings I wanted she reacted like she had never heard of them and seemed annoyed.

I also told them I am allergic to eggs and instead of taking it seriously they laughed and joked about it with other employees. That is extremely unprofessional because food allergies are not a joke.To make things worse when I asked for my burrito to be cut into two pieces she gave another bad look and then cut it near the cash counter where they handle money and other items. My burrito was exposed in that area which is very unhygienic.
Overall the visit was frustrating and disappointing. The staff clearly need training on professionalism hygiene and how to treat customers with respect.

My parter and I walked in at 8:30pm, 30 minutes before closing. The two ladies working gave us a dirty look, looked at eachother and looked back with the dirty look hoping we would just leave.
Everytime I come to this location, the women that have been working seem like they don’t want to be there and every customer they have to serve is an inconvenience to them. The portions are so small for the price that I always have to ask for more rice or beans just to fill the bottom of the bowl. Not impressed with this location and the ladies working there.

The food here is usually pretty great, but my review is going to focus on the service.
I have ordered online from this play three times in a row, two times with a specific pick up time, and once with an asap with a 30 minute estimation. Each time I show up my food isn't ready and I have to wait an additional 3-5 minutes while the staff rushes to complete my order, and on one of those occasions, my order was wrong which I will attribute to the rushing.

If I order my food online, wait 30 minutes, or even pre-order 3 hours before I pick up, why is my meal being prepared AFTER the 3 hour pickup time has passed. I would have just ordered in the store at that point.

Good food though.
