This was the place we'd always go with the kids because of the variety in selection, great service, and atmosphere. This is the second time we've gone where the restaurant seems run down, the food mediocre and the service was below par.

After our experience yesterday evening, I’m not sure we’ll be back. Sadly, BP has always been a family favourite (especially for the kids). I’m not even sure how I’d describe the rudeness, attitude, and lack of care from the staff, but it was downright uncomfortable. To say that we felt like an inconvenience would be putting it mildly. The food was relatively quick to arrive, but the quality was terrible. Cactus cuts were stale. Lettuce on the burger was rotten. Thai bites were dry. The drinks were great, and the only highlight. Not sure what’s going on, BP, but I hope your management cares more than your staff. Otherwise, I’d be concerned.

Went here twice in a week.
First time was for a meeting with my fellow managers. Staff were very kind and service was quite fast, especially considering there was around 20 of us. Food was great, my buddy even fell for the servers upsell for the triple pepperoni pizza. Thank god he did because it was great. I even tried their panookie (decent sized pan cookie with ice cream on top) cookie itself was warm and went amazingly with the ice cream.
Second visit was me and my girlfriend before we went to the movies. She was having a great time getting fishbowls (fishbowl Friday) and enjoyed her fish tacos. I had the Thai crispy wrap and pleasantly surprised to have a wrap that was not super dry like most places. I only tried a sip of her fishbowl but have to say it was quite pleasant even if I don’t remember what drink it was.
Both experiences were great and I’m glad to work in the area so this place can be a convenient place to dine at. More restaurants should strive to provide such experiences.

Tonight our family celebrated our grandson's 6th birthday dinner at the Dartmouth Crossing location. The staff were wonderful, the service was spot on and the food was great!

Mine and my husband's meals were wrong. He ordered a salad with his meal and got fries. I ordered crispy chicken with my salad and got grilled instead. They offered to get me crispy chicken but time was an issue. In the end I was not charged for my salad.
