We went on New Year's Eve. While it was busy, it could have been worse. It seemed like only one server was taking care of our side of the restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks, then ordered our food to which took atleast 35 minutes to come out. Our appetizers came at the same exact time as our main meals which defeats the purpose of them. The drink I ordered was on the holiday special menu and it tasted like pure rum though wasn't advertised as a “strong” drink. We then waited 20 more minutes for our deserts to come out after we ordered those. Usually I have a pleasant experience at this location but last night was not that. They should have had more staff on and a better system to get orders out quicker. While the server was pleasant he seemed stressed and scattered. I hope management can come up with a plan to better staff and prepare for holidays.

It's Halloween 2025. It's also the remnants of hurricane Melissa. Why not enjoy lunch at Boston Pizza before watching the World Series game 6, which the Blue Jays, of course, will win tonight. Becca and Sean served us today. What a dynamite team they are! Shout out to Becca for not only being very attentive and friendly, but also being a great photographer. She took photos of us, which will be uploaded to their Facebook page! This Boston Pizza location is the best. We visit often.

When I come to Canada I like going to BP for the atmosphere and plenty of tv’s. Great staff and I love the buffalo ranch wings.
