BP is a chain restaurant for sure, that's why you go here, for the items you love, and the atmosphere....the staff here however is top notch and has been for years. Friendly, attentive, if there are issues they take care of it. BP is our go-to choice when we just want to get something without worrying whether the food and place will be trash.

I don’t go out to eat much, but my husband and I came out last night and we were served by Pam. WOW! Great recommendations, effortless conversation and all around great server. I watched her interaction with the other staff members, and you could tell they all catch each others vibes. Not one frown face in the building, which being in the service industry before, it’s hard to not let busy moments show. These girls were all on their A-game, but huge shout out to Pam. Way to go Dartmouth Crossing! Will be back for sure :)

The kids menu is amazing with drink and dessert included! My spaghetti and meatballs lasted me for two meals.

This was the place we'd always go with the kids because of the variety in selection, great service, and atmosphere. This is the second time we've gone where the restaurant seems run down, the food mediocre and the service was below par.
