Ordered food for delivery though the website, food arrived quickly but the order was wrong - when I called they said "it's what I ordered". Cookie was also already open so we tossed it out. Food was a soggy mess. Will not be ordering from this BP again. Terrible for $80+.

Went here with my grandson's hockey team after a tough loss. Some good, hot food and colorful cold drinks soon lifted their feelings. The pleasant staff handled the big crowd very efficiently.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We waited 35 minutes until the waitress came over to our table to take our drink order. Nobody around us was getting any attention from any of the three waitresses, they were hardly around. When we finally got our food, it was cold. They put cheese on my sandwich despite me asking for no cheese, and THEY DID NOT HAVE UTENSILS. So we sat there waiting for someone to come by again and when they finally did and we asked for utensils, the waitress said “uhhhh we don’t have any right now but I’ll see what I can do”. 5-10 minutes go by and we still don’t have utensils so we’re just sitting there while our food gets even colder. We also had no napkins or ketchup on the table. Zero acknowledgment from any of the staff on the disgusting service. No discount offered and not even an apology. In total we were there for two hours. Hands down worst dining experience I’ve ever had.
